Such good food! Got the ham and cheese bread and the cheese was perfect inside, bread was so soft and the ham was chopped up and not whole slices. It seemed to be family owned and operated and they were super nice. Really recommend!

I've been a couple of times now, and think I'm going to keep it in my regular rotation of places. The buns and breads are SO good! Absolutely perfect. The sandwiches are better than most of the bigger, more expensive banh ni shops. I love their cakes and cheesecakes, as well. The milk tea was brewed strong without being bitter, exactly how I prefer it. We got enough food for the 2 of us for 2 meals and it was only about $30.

Came here as they were listed on Google as having brownies, but they do not carry brownies. A few baggies of small cookies (looked rather dry for $5) and a few custom cakes and buns that looked pretty ok, but weren't what we were looking for.
