Even though we placed a online order on Valentine's Day 💘 Customer service was still fast and efficient.
For Valentine’s Day I thought I’d buy my best friend the Dubai chocolate brownie and i was so excited for her to get it… until i was sent this. The drizzle is awful, whoever added those dry strawberries were stingy and the brownie overall was NOT worth the insane price??? You cannot be serious.

I ordered a party pack box days in advance and when I came at my pickup time (9PM) I was informed that someone else picked up my cookies at 5PM and that they were now sold out. My order was prepaid with my name on it, and was given to someone else. The two guys working were unapologetic, less than helpful, and could only emphasize the fact that they were sold out. Not only that but they could not explain to me how my curbside order (that you have to check on the app to pick up) was given to someone else at 5PM. Disappointed and frustrated.
Always a positive experience with this store’s staff and my tendency to forget to pick up an order until the next day. They’re always accommodating and easy to get ahold of over the phone which is increasingly rare in today’s AI-business phone triaging service. Thanks for being delicious!
