The 2nd time was as magical as the first! Ten days ago we started our Grand Teton and Yellowstone adventure here - see first review dated June 17th. We requested our favorite server of all time, Jack and once again ordered the same wonderful dishes: Beet, Arugula Goat Cheese Salad, Italian Mixed Salad, Lasagna Bolognese, and their fabulous Saltimbocca Di Pollo. My gf enjoyed their Torta Di Cioccolata this night and loved it. What a great way to celebrate our wonderful adventure together. If you live or visit SLC, make plans to dine here, you will be happy that you did.

The food is very good, putting them in the top 25% in Salt Lake Italian food. The service is always good. The ambiance is outstanding.

Several of us ordered the gnocchi. It tasted exactly like spaghetti-o's. None of us ate our meals. The others ordered different dishes and said it was just okay, but that they wouldn't order it again. I have no idea how this restaurant is award-winning. Different chef perhaps?

Excellent, excellent meal with superior service from Jackson who was knowledgeable, engaging, and attentive. One small constructive criticism for the Chef. The veal dishes we had were wonderfully prepared and perfectly constructed and seasoned. However, the veal was thicker and tougher than expected. The scallopines could have benefited from some additional pounding and tenderizing. Otherwise a wonderful evening and a place we would definitely reccomend.

Always a great experience! The apps were amazing this time, waiter was very attentitive, and the wine was great! Must do downtown

Cucina Toscana is my new favorite Italian restaurant in Salt Lake.
It was busy, but the atmosphere was still perfect for a quiet dinner. Also, the staff was very attentive to our needs without it feeling like they were hovering or forgetting about us.
Most importantly, the food was incredible. It was fresh, cooked perfectly, and full of layers of flavor.
We ordered the tenderloin medallions, the veal saltimboca, and the scallops. Also, the portions were large enough that we took some of each of our dishes home.
