I had dinner here 3 nights in a row so I could try many of the fabulous dishes. When I'm in Salt Lake I'll be back!

Excellent service by Edgar. Generous portions at fair prices. Clever to offer a caper laced olive oil with the bread. The scallop antipasti is highly recommended, as is the beet salad. Spinach ravioli was a popular choice.

The wine list offered a good range in region and price

Michael was an amazing server. He was very accommodating for my birthday and my in laws anniversary. Loved hearing his stories about his tattoos (we asked). 10/10 would come again. Loved all the food suggestions. 😋

We tried the new lunch space associated with Cucina Toscana. It's open air, but still manages to be cool despite the summer heat and pizza oven! The pizza was excellent and so was the salad. I wish they had more options! And the parking situation is still in flux but it looks like they have some designated spots coming soon.

It seems thd place is a redecorated 9Firestone tire place. The atmospher/decor was pleasant. The food was a different story. The sampler appetizer was mediocre for this "upscale" restaurant and small portioned for the high price. The spaghetti carbonara was nothing but: brown sauce that screamed overused stail bacon oil. The sten h of it! Im guessing the cook used oil from the potato fryer in the mix. REALLY hard bacon bits with about a third burned to a crisp. The spaghetti vongole pasta was way overcooked and the clams were sweaming in a green broth of butter and olive oil. There wine in the sauce was absent. Very disappointed with the screwup on these two signature Italian dishes. The veal was tender but the sauce felt that it was made using mushrooms with a ton of corn starch Yh The place was not busy but the waitress forgot to bring my ice tea despite the reminders. The waitress' explanation is they don't use butter in the carbonara, no comment on the oool The msnsger came by to ask how was everything so we let her know. She was kind enough to comp the two plates we left partially eaten. l felt thankful for the gesture.

We arrived after a long road trip. .We loved our dinner and the whole experience. Everyone we dealt with from the front door through dinner was warm and inviting. The pasta carbonara was a highlight. Our cocktails were crisp and delicious. Wine by the glass gave good choices. Our waiter Michael was friendly and engaging. Excellent restaurant!

We had the best dinner — Edgar, our waiter, was fantastic! The salted lemon gelato was a perfect finish, and the lemon chicken piccata was hands-down the best I’ve had in a long time. Truly a memorable meal.

Great service! I went with my mother for dinner, and the food was scrumptious. It was a bit loud because of other seated customers, but that's just unlucky timing. The workers were all so kind and friendly!

I came here with my family and we loved it. We had the daily Risotto, Costatodi Manzo, and the lamb special they had that day. Ambience was great and our waiter Edgar was fantastic and offered excellent recommendations.

Seriously one of the best dining experiences that I’ve had this year. It’s refreshing to eat at a place with real heritage. The food, vibe and staff are awesome—Michael was our server and we had a real good time with him. Looking forward to getting back soon!

Great service. The food was terrific. I had the two pasta plate which was fantastic. The arriabata sauce was perfect. My daughter had the gnocchi arriabata but hers was not spicy. My husband had the pork and other daughter the salmon. All were excellent.
