Overall good not great. Service was great. Vibe was great. Bathrooms were nice. The food was tasty but not perfect. Google also needs to update the photos because pretty much everything is $5 more expensive than what the menu photos show.
I got the smoke trout tacos. It had a tortilla slaw and aioli and I couldn’t taste any of it. All I could taste was smoked trout because it was so strong. Overall it left me feeling that smoked trout is not the fish I want to make a fish taco out of.
My girlfriend on the tap house burger. It was a tasty good size burger. They must be using a high quality beef because that was tasty. My main problem was that the bottom bun was a soggy mess by the time I tasted it.
The fries were super tasty. I am curious how often they change their oil but they were tasty. No complaints.
I’d give this place a thumbs up but not perfect.

It was such a joy to spend time with friends here! The atmosphere is great! Service was amazing! It made me miss living in SLC!
Food was great as always, but yesterday my partner and I waited at our table for almost 40 minutes before we were served anything at all. Once we asked the host if someone could , we waited another 10 minutes. Our server didn’t even acknowledge our wait at all. I wish Salym had been our server instead!

Our server, Emma ,was fantastic.
I ordered a hamburger and unfortunately it was definitely Not worth the money.
I can honestly say that I have never seen a thinner meat patty. Basically you are paying for the bun.

We love East Liberty Tap House! The gluten-free options are fantastic, and it’s one of the few places where I feel like I actually have real choices instead of just substitutions. The Sloppy Lamb and the homemade veggie burger are my favorites.
We also appreciate the thoughtful atmosphere — the gender-neutral restrooms, the great patio, and the hard ciders they sometimes have on tap make this place feel welcoming and fun every time we visit.
Always a great experience, and definitely one of our favorite local spots.

Love this spot for an easy drink and bite with friends. Great menu for beer and wine and small bites. The patio is the best part here, the inside is pretty loud so I prefer out front. Salt lake original!

Loved this place from the moment we arrived. Instantly became our favorite beer patio in the city. Easy vibes, delicious beer, and super friendly service (shout out to Audrey!). I've been looking for my local since we moved here months ago and today I found it.

Cool vibes, drinks were good, food was okay. Insanely overpriced for what this is. Spent $90 for 2 people for them to only provide ketchup based sauces?? Service was fabulous though. She deserved every bit of her tip.

Had a wonderful experience, neighborly and welcoming energy. Chase was the perfect server, very friendly and attentive. Parly was a great bartender, made great suggestions. We will definitely be back.

This place is good vibes. Got a great smash burger. You do need ID even if sitting outside.
Casual, comfortable relaxed atmosphere with great food. Some of the best fries I've ever had! Great drink specials

Great spot with an awesome atmosphere. The drink selection is solid, and the bar is well stocked with something for everyone. The food really stood out—everything we tried was outstanding and very reasonably priced for the quality. The cozy, welcoming environment makes it a perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, or enjoy a laid-back night out. Will definitely be back.

Atmosphere was nice, food was okay, and the service was below par. Our waitress disappeared. We placed our food order with another waitress and again, we placed a drink refill order with another waitress.
Oh yeah, my chair broke from underneath me and I am the furthest thing from being overweight. I'm glad the entire patio was full of patrons to witness the event. Management didn't come out to say anything, but at least I got free chips and salsa that I didn't ask for.

We happened upon this cute patio restaurant during the 9th & 9th street festival. Everyone was so accommodating and happy. Even though they were super busy, that didn’t change the attention and no one seemed stressed-rate in the industry.
Our server, Chase, was the highlight of our lunch. So cheerful, helpful and just an overall cool guy. Gave us time when we needed it, but was on it when we were ready to go.
We were super impressed when he noticed-without us saying anything-that the salads were not eaten much. The added chicken wasn’t very good. He already took them off the bill! Super shocked for sure.
I still rated the food high because I loved the chicken sandwich & fries (although, can we just get Mayo for our Utah fry sauce freaks, please?)
Highly recommend!
