Atmosphere was nice, food was okay, and the service was below par. Our waitress disappeared. We placed our food order with another waitress and again, we placed a drink refill order with another waitress. Oh yeah, my chair broke from underneath me and I am the furthest thing from being overweight. I'm glad the entire patio was full of patrons to witness the event. Management didn't come out to say anything, but at least I got free chips and salsa that I didn't ask for.

We happened upon this cute patio restaurant during the 9th & 9th street festival. Everyone was so accommodating and happy. Even though they were super busy, that didn’t change the attention and no one seemed stressed-rate in the industry. Our server, Chase, was the highlight of our lunch. So cheerful, helpful and just an overall cool guy. Gave us time when we needed it, but was on it when we were ready to go. We were super impressed when he noticed-without us saying anything-that the salads were not eaten much. The added chicken wasn’t very good. He already took them off the bill! Super shocked for sure. I still rated the food high because I loved the chicken sandwich & fries (although, can we just get Mayo for our Utah fry sauce freaks, please?)

this place has so much potential ! the food is decent and the environment/location is fabulous. the downfall is the service. being a regular who lives just blocks away and have been going here for over a year with my wife, I have only twice had good servers: Teddy and Chase (kudos to them) . as far as it goes with serving, after my history of working 5+ years in the service industry… it’s pretty obvious when someone doesn’t care... most everyone besides those boys I’ve gotten as a server, seems miserable and inattentive. such a bummer!

So there's a full coated golden retriever tied up in very inadequate shade,basically direct sun with a sliver of shade smaller than his body provided by the tree he's tied to,out front 3:12pm 08/24 while a bunch of yuppies dine under robust umbrellas, most oblivious shit I've seen in a while

We ordered burgers. They had absolutely zero flavor other than the condiments put on top of them. I have never had a more tasteless burger. I was excited about the fresh cut fries, but they were overly salted and it seemed old oil was used. It was a great disappointment as I’d read all the great reviews. The place was packed. We were confused as to why. Maybe because the outside sitting area was so pretty? The inside had no style. My friend said he’d only give it 2 stars. I gave it 3 to be nice because the staff was so great.

The food here was pretty expensive and not enjoyable. For example I love very salty fries, but my fries were so salty I felt sick. The vegetarian sloppy joe was kinda flavorless. The drinks were good but on the more expensive end. The patio area is out front and so there isnt really any privacy from street view. I was very grateful for the very clean and nice gender neutral bathrooms.
I used to come here all the time and I loved it so much. Unfortunately, my last few visits the food has really gone downhill. The sloppy lamb used to be massive and so good. The last few times that I've gotten it, it has shrunk significantly in size and the bread has been stale, and the lamb seems way over salted. The last two orders of french fries that I've gotten here have been burnt and stale. The service is still great as always, and the bartenders are amazing and the drinks are good. Just really unfortunate that the food isn't what it used to be.
5/5 stars for drinks and service. 2/5 stars for food.
