The store is clean, the prices are fair, the food is fresh as well as delicious, and the staff is friendly. It’s a great environment to sit and eat in.

Worst Einstein Bagels ever. I bought an egift card and have tried to use it twice now. The manager repeatedly kept calling it a coupon and that he can't just give me $5 off.. . It isn't a 5$ coupon ... it's a 15$ gift card. He was nasty in front of a line of people. He said 3 others didn't work today either. Here is a thought... if you're a manager you should be a problem solver not a problem maker. Learn how to do your job. I will be going anywhere but here from now on.
