Einstein Bros. Bagels

Absolutely worst service. I had 2 different employees come and basically tell me that my big order was inconvenient and overwhelming to them. I've gone in with 14 co workers at a time before, and we all ordered a sandwich, and no one complained. But this time I order 12 sandwiches alone, and they act like I shouldn't have. I just gave you business, paid you well, and you're making me feel like your time was inconvenienced? Absolutely not. Do not bother with this location in Olympus Hills.

This place is always so dirty. Tables are never wiped down, floors look as if they haven’t been vacuumed or mopped in a week, staff is barely able to look you in the eye, food is often wrong. Come on Einstein’s! I’ve been coming here my whole life. Don’t give up on yourself and do better!

Don't order a breakfast sandwich from them...you won't get the protein on it. Just ordered the bacon cheddar came with no bacon. It seems the restaurant doesn't care about the doordash orders. But no bacon on a breakfast sandwich .... just a bunch children at this location who can't cook a proper breakfast sandwich. It's happened 3 times now.... I did take pictures and put them on doordash for public to see

Company needs a rework. Bagels at almost 5$ a piece, cant do custom 1/2-1/1 dozen, etc etc. the bagels are tasty, if you want to pay 5$ per. they “revamped” the points system, and made it cost MORE points. I used to buy 3-4 times a week(20$ orders), now haven't been here in months.

A huge embarrassment... located on a prime piece of real estate nestled in the foothills of the great Mt. Olympus.
Rude staff, discombobulated/vile dining area, putrid bathrooms, etal.

Wasn’t going to leave a review since I knew it was a busy Saturday. Employees were nice given how many customers were there. The sandwiches they made were pretty good. Got overcharged for something I didn’t order, but they made it right. I can get over all that.

This morning I made a bagel with cream cheese and noticed the texture was off. Selling expired cream cheese isn’t cool. Please check your inventory for expired product. Purchase made 10-12-24.

Love Einstein bagels - this was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Unfriendly and outrageously dirty. There were no clients but when we tried to pre order it quoted 70 min(!) Disinterested staff, clearly gave off the vibe they don’t like yo be disturbed while chatting amongst each other

The bagels and cream cheese here are pretty solid, and it’s convenient before going to work in the morning. My family loves the bagels, but the prices are a tad bit on the expensive side. I would recommend buying your bagels on Mondays (they come with a nice discount)

Terrible customer service, I saw an old man try to fill up a cup with water and the cashier lady got mad and made him dump it out. Ridiculous, will not be going back to this location.

Go here sometimes because it's "convenient" and depends who's working. The prices are ridiculous and I know that. However this morning I asked for a extra toasted bagel and got a cold one, after that a barley warm one. With all very annoyed employees for "bothering". Thanks for having me waste + $5.?
