Einstein Bros. Bagels

I ordered ahead on the app, and when I opened my food the bagel was charred and burnt. The whole sandwich tasted burnt.

Order online because it takes over 10 minutes to get a dozen bagels sliced and put it into a box for some reason more than three workers there

The dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. Not sure who runs this location but what are they doing?

Food was good, but the place was filthy (the main area and bathrooms), from the floor to the tables; not a good atmosphere.
Servers were nice, but it took way too long to receive the food.
Not enough chairs and tables inside and multiple tables with no chairs outside.
Cleaning equipment left in the open, as if something was halfway done.
Wouldn't return unless improvements are made.

The service was extremely slow. The employees were just standing around while 20 people waited and while they talked to their friends who received service first ;while no one received their food. The atmosphere of this particular branch was horrible, dirty floors and garbage everywhere behind the counter; employees with greasy hair and very dirty shirts. the eating area was incredibly dirty and mismanaged with tables scattered everywhere. The bathroom looked like a gas station bathroom.

When we got our orders they were completely wrong and the bagels were flat. At the same time the oven broke and they began telling customers that they could no longer take orders in rude tones .

Great place to start the day, shaded patio and close to the shuttle for the crest trail!

Einsteins has really gone downhill.

That worked today obviously hates her job, I thought the way she was treating me was a joke at first because of how mean she was being but I guess not. Waiting for my order I started noticing how gross the place was and actually didn’t want to eat from this place. If the front of the restaurant looked like this then I can’t imagine how the back looks. So I paid $10 for a sandwich and just threw it away. Disappointing.

I’m not the type of person to leave a review, especially a negative one at that. However, my boyfriend and I came in today and got some of the worst service I’ve ever received at any food location.
The gentleman who took our order was pleasant, but the other employees seemed incredibly annoyed that we were there there in the first place- I get it, we came in close to closing, but not an excuse to be rude to customers. I work in service myself and I’ve never been treated this poorly before, nor can I imagine treating a paying customer this way.
As we were ordering sandwiches, the employee preparing them says “We only have seven eggs left. That’s what you get for coming right before closing time.” Oh well, not a huge deal. My issue comes from the woman working cash register. Very passive aggressive, short, and you could just tell she did not want to be there. She didn’t make any sort of eye contact, and was very clearly bothered by us. After paying and sitting down, she audibly says “I don’t even care. I am so done. I don’t want to be here.” If you don’t enjoy your job, then quit… overall, very disappointing visit today.

This is a very big location, but they have a handful of small tables dispersed through a big empty room. The staff was very unhelpful and spoke in a quiet tone. They DO NOT want you here. Go spend your money elsewhere.

Sad to say my experience was like the others on here. Walked into an empty dining area so service should have been quick but instead stood at counter for a while to be served. My order was given to a wrong customer and then handed back to the employee and he tried to give it to us but it had been handled by the other customer in his car when sorting it out.

They were very slow and waiting area was very ran down and dirty. Bagel and fresh orange juice were ok but location needs an overhaul on all levels. I remember coming to this place when there was a packed waiting area and a line out the door and today it was like everyone did not want to be there or had been up all night and just showed up.

I have to say the cashier that rang us up was trying but on the flip side of that he seemed to be on something substance wise.
