Incredibly friendly, super helpful, and noticeably considerate, he made my visit feel like more than just a quick bagel stop. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service and creating a positive experience for every customer. 🌟

This place is always so dirty. Tables are never wiped down, floors look as if they haven’t been vacuumed or mopped in a week, staff is barely able to look you in the eye, food is often wrong. Come on Einstein’s! I’ve been coming here my whole life. Don’t give up on yourself and do better!
