I just happened to see and stop in at Empanada.co after attending the Empanada Fest, downtown. They have the best empanadas that I have eaten in Utah in the past 20 years, if not longer ! They remind me of the empanadas that I loved in Argentina.
Excellent food! Affordable prices!! Wonderful owners!!! Fresh pastry shells, top quality ingredients, in addition to these Empanadas being baked not fried, these are not only delicious, but a healthier meal or snack worth repeating. New restaurant going onto my regular rotation.
