Encanto Restaurant offers a colorful and intimate dining experience that feels like being transported to a rainforest. The owner is very welcoming and explains the dishes, which have a fabulous presentation. The Colombian food has excellent flavors, with popular dishes including the Enchanted Platter for two and the Shredded Beef Salchipapa. The Mini Alegrias are a great option for children. While parking is tight and portions can be smaller than some expect, the quality and enjoyment are high. Service is quick, and they have gelato for dessert. It is a highly pleasing experience that guests look forward to repeating.
