After a long day in the mountains my girlfriend and I were in the mood for a nice dinner, but didn't want to get ready to go out on the town. Instead we ordered in from Enigma and had an amazing dinner in the comfort of our home. The sous vide chicken was cooked to perfection, the Tri-Tip Ciabatta was one of the best steak sandwiches I've ever had, and the parmigiano mashed potatoes were a great side for both. Topped off with the tiramisu for desert, it was a perfect night in at a very reasonable cost.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Enigma Chef. This time I had the tri tip steak sandwich and my wife had the salmon, both with polenta. Once again 5 stars because I can’t give more! The sandwich was so flavorful and the steak was perfect! The salmon was tender and full of flavor, with a nice crunchy skin. 10 stars out of 5!

Enigma Chef is catering our next dinner party ... we love the food and the convenience, so I'm going to order enough entrees and side dishes for everyone to enjoy. I'll reheat everything and serve it buffet style ... the sauces are a perfect accompaniment (I happen to be a huge Chimichurri fan) and I always want some left over to use for the next few days in sandwiches or pasta dishes. Hat's off!

My Tri Tip steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare. The mashed potatoes were light and fluffy, and the parmigiano cheese gave it an elevated rich flavor profile. I'm typically picky about asparagus being overcooked, but these guys nailed it. Salted and sautéed with a nice crunch with some parmigiano cheese grated on top.
