This place is a must go to bakery if you’re visiting SLC. Start your day with a wonderful coffee and an amazing croissant, en par with the best in Paris.. Butter and flakes define a perfect balance, inspiring a great day to come..

It was very crowded around 11:00 on a Sunday. Since I was alone, I was shown to a small space early.
The eggs Benedict were very delicious, and the takeaway croissants and blueberry Danish were also excellent.
The staff were very attentive and it was a great place.

I work nearby and have an EV vehicle. There is an EV charging point/parking spot right in front on the street. Their customers are ALWAYS taking up this EV charging spot when they are not charging or do not have EV vehicles. SO frustrating. They should tell their customers NOT to park there unless they are charging. Maybe then I will consider trying this place out.

We love it here!
Extremely friendly staff, great atmosphere, delicious food. The croissant breakfast sandwich had great flavor on a flakey croissant and the coffee paired with a chocolate eclair was the perfect start to my day.

Everything was fantastic. I enjoyed one of the best croque madame’s I’ve ever had. My server was wonderful; he was enthusiastic about the restaurant and the dishes, had excellent recommendations, and was an incredibly upbeat guy. I would recommend Eva’s Bakery to anyone who visits SLC.

Cute little cafe with good vibe and foods. I went there with my friend and her kid for brunch and ordered a few things and we all enjoyed the food. The portion is good and the price is reasonable. Our egg benedict was tasty and the stuffed french toast was also good. Now, what I didn’t really like about the place is how tiny it is. With 2 adults and a baby, we were seated at a tulip table. We almost couldn’t put everything on the table. I think the restaurant should sacrifice some tables to put a bigger table. Most of the seat I see is probably suitable for one customer with only a few tables that can comfortably seat more. If you go there by yourself, this is great or if you go on a date, it is borderline ok. If you want to go with family or friends more than two people, I will think twice unless you are ok to wait for the only few bigger tables they have. Our server was ok, while being polite, I don’t think he did a great job. When we asked if we can be reseated in the bigger table, he just disappeared on us. I understand if other customers are waiting or something but at least he should let us know the reason and not just like “I’ll ask my manager” then gone till the food-serving time and made a comment like “it’s pretty tight here”…duh? That’s why we asked for another table. He also came and asked us to pay while the baby was still eating and I totally get it. Although, he grabbed a plate that there was still food in there (not a lot) without asking (technically he asked if he could removed my empty plate and I said yes, but that doesn’t apply to another plate with food in it). So, in summary, I like the food and the vibe. The space and service were ok and can be improved. Like I said earlier, come try for yourself or with one more company.

Excellent pastries, good selection of coffees. I really like the ambiance, a little bit French, a little bit old fashioned. It can get busy in there, and sometimes the baristas get a bit backed up.

The coffee and bruch was just what i needed. Excellent serving and not much wait time getting seated. The speed of service was right on time and the food came out hot! Finishing with a flakey warm blubbery danish. Checking out was a breeze with the electronic check. Thank you Eva's Bakery for a great start to my Tuesday morning 🌄

You cannot go wrong with Eva’s bakery. I think I’ve had about everything on the menu, and I can’t think of one negative thing to say about any of them. My personal favorite is their stuffed French toast. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Their bacon is unlike anything I have ever tasted. It is thick and juicy. Their decor is spot on. I have been to Paris many times, and the second I step foot in Eva’s bakery, it takes me back. I feel like I’m really there but for like 1/19283929 of the price. I am the biggest Eva’s bakery fan and I will tell pretty much anyone that will listen how good it is. Can’t wait to be back soon!!!!!!
