This is a must visit when you are in Salt Lake City. The pastries are phenomenal and the staff are fantastic. Very friendly and inviting. The two staff members working when I went there went above and beyond to create a very hospitable environment for the guests.

Great local bakery in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City perfect for grabbing a brunch with some friends!

Kouign-amann was the most amazing pastry ever. Flakey tender and caramel all in one. Croque madame had lots of extra pizzazz and was also incredibly delicious

The food was so good that I thought about it all day and legitimately wanted more at dinner time. Especially the macaroons.
Everything is quality and has tons of flavor but isn't overpriced. The food is packaged nicely when delivered.
Had never heard of Eva's but tried through Door Dash because it's close to my work. They're much better than Bonnie & Clydes, who are also in the area. I plan on being a regular customer from now on.

Eggs were delicious. Food came faster than drinks. Drinks were works of art. Service was super. We were able to order pastries to go while we dined in to enjoy later. Wait time was less than 40 mins and it went by quickly looking at the art and deciding what to order

Nice atmosphere, with a delightful setup and an irresistible display of bakery items. I had a scrumptious Tomato Croque with Pommes boulangère, and a refreshing tossed greens salad making up the perfect brunch meal. Do not forget to grab a chocolate croissant to-go on the way out that is perfectly crispy & flaky with the rich chocolate intertwined within the buttery layers. I highly recommend dropping in and grabbing a bite!

We enjoy Eva’s Bakery very much. There can be a wait to eat in the cafe, but the food and service are so worth it. If you enjoy good food, you’ll love it here.
