Whenever I travel I search for tacos. I was in SLC for a conference a few weeks back and when I saw a taco cart nearby I knew I had to try it. Well my search was over. I ate there all three days I was in town. Silvia and Maria Estela are amazing, lovely people, who cook everything fresh every day with love. I had carne, pastor, and lengua tacos, all phenomenal. I come here at least once a week, if not more. The owners are incredible and the food is delicious. I was working from home for nearly 2 years, and didnt come by-when i returned, not only did they remember ME, they remembered my ORDER! If thats not amazing, i dont know what is.
