This is my go to spot at this airport but today was disappointing… the pastry was tough and chewy (I think they sold me one more than a day or two old). Took two bites and couldn’t finish. It was right on the edge of burned on the corners as well. The line was a bit longer than it normally is too.

Gelato here is surprisingly good!

I’ve wanted to try this place ever since I saw the owner win a competition with Buddy the Cake Boss on tv several years ago. This is the first opportunity I’ve had to try it. I got a ham egg breakfast puff which was pretty good! Very well seasoned and tasty.
I also got a guava brioche pastry that looked good, but the brioche was rock hard. I forgave the guava brioche not being great because the ham breakfast puff was delicious.

The pastry here is really tasty!!! I got myself sausage breakfast puff, handmade pie and fullset macaroons and they are all worth it !!! I inhaled those puffs and pie quickly !!! The staffs there are really friendly 🫶

Great spot in SLC airport. Stopped in for an early breakfast and the lady serving was very fun and nice. The ham puff was very tasty, the americano she made was excellent and the macaroons were very good. Especially the pistachio / cherry flavor. This is a good spot!

Their pastry base is probably the best I’ve ever had. Flaky crispy perfection. I would like to see more sweet flavor options though. Highly recommend!

This was actually the worst baked good I’ve had to pay $7 for in a long time. I got the tiramisu it was dry and contained a hair embedded in the cake. Absolutely disgusting.
