The food is typical firehouse subs. Always potential unmet. If they had a manager that truly cares they could be great. Always a long wait. Always a dirty lobby and looks dirty behind the counter. Such a shame because their sandwiches could be good if they cared more.

I did an online order for pickup and it was not made correctly. My sandwich should have been on wheat, but it was on white; and the pickle and seasoning were missing. I understand that sometimes restaurants run out of items, but if that is the case then it should be noted on the receipt. The food was good otherwise.

We came into this location tonight and were food was great, as usual, but I spilled a full cup of water everywhere. I told a girl working there (Shahad) and she could not have been kinder or more gracious…she said “Don’t worry about, just grab another table and I’ll get to it in just a minute (after she helped waiting customers). She was beyond nice & professional and was right out cleaning it up with a smile and another nice comment to me when I apologized. What...
