Those two young men and young lady were working here.All of them were extremely helpful.The burger is really good.The fries smell good, haven't do them yet? They were out of pickles, but that's not a deal breaker for me. Anyway, I will return I suggest going here unless you're broke because it isn't cheap. But what is anymore? They got it down, that's for sure

I just ordered. I asked for a cheeseburger with no pickles onion or tomato. LETTUCE ONLY. Got a burger with 2 buns. Went to go get it changed and was meant with so much disrespect. The guy needs hearing aids. I also asked for fries and was charged for them didn't realize i didn't get them till i drove a full hour home. This Five guys location is complete and utter trash. Do not come here. Unless you want to be treated like garbage.

I was really disappointed with my visit to this Five Guys. The burger buns were burned, the cup of fries was barely half full, and the wait time was far too long. For what you pay here, you expect much better quality and service. Definitely not the kind of experience you’d expect from a place that usually prides itself on fresh food and generous portions.

This store is horrible and repeatedly get things wrong. It’s likely the 3rd or 4th time in the last several months they have butchered our order despite the correct item on receipt. They repeatedly grossly over salt their frie to the point you simply can not eat them. Impossible to contact store to give feedback and all they’ll do is blame the poor driver who are not a fault. It’s too bad because it’s a great burger but the service and accountability of horrid - AVOID this store at all cost.
Five guys is always a hit! However tonight was extra great. We had amazing service and a great employee to give a great experience. Thank you Kai C. You were very kind even after having a long day at work, and still made us feel like we were the first customers there! Thank you!

Food is fine, but dining in today an employee on a break was sitting at a table and had put THEIR SHOES ON THE TABLE. Their break ended, and they got up from the table, took their shoes and walked back to the kitchen and didn’t wipe the table off. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary.
