They charged me for tip even though I never chose to do so because my order was chaotic, they automatically added it. Outrageous.

Brian took my order. It was early in the morning but he had a great attitude I wish there were more people like him. Just kind with a good attitude.

I ordered a concrete and specified asked them to clean appropriately and be careful due to a deadly nut allergy. While watching them make other orders , I saw a lack of care or understand of cleaning between orders. When he was about to make my order, I reminded him again to specifically please either use the other clean mixer or use a new sanitizer to clean the first mixer due to a nut allergy. The employee used the same sanitizer and when we received our item, there was literally butterfinger crumbs on the rim of the ice cream container. I have enjoyed mixed ice cream without a single reaction for decades, but I would’ve broke that streak today.

I have never seen such a blatant disregard for nut allergies, especially given the constant (and ignored) reminders. I’ll be sure to stop here again next time I want to use my EpiPens. Never had had a problem with Freddy’s as they are usually very careful but I guess training in new locations have started cutting corners in favor of profits.

My recent visit to Freddy’s was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The restaurant was clean, organized, and filled with the delicious smell of fresh burgers and fries. But what truly made my experience stand out was the outstanding service led by the manager, Jonah.

Jonah went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt appreciated. He greeted customers with genuine enthusiasm and made sure everyone received their orders quickly and correctly. I noticed how well he worked with his team — giving helpful direction while keeping a positive attitude that motivated everyone around him. It was clear that Jonah truly cares about both his staff and his customers.

During my visit, Jonah personally checked in at my table to make sure everything was perfect. He asked if the food was cooked to my liking and if I needed anything else. That small gesture showed how much he values great service and customer satisfaction. It’s rare to see a manager so involved and attentive.

The food itself was excellent — the burgers were hot, juicy, and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Everything came out quickly and looked freshly made. You could tell that Jonah and his team take pride in their work.

Overall, my experience at Freddy’s was amazing thanks to Jonah’s leadership and the great energy of the staff. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my visit memorable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and even better service. Freddy’s is lucky to have a manager like Jonah.

Your paying for convince, not quality. Plus it is a bit cheaper than other restaurants/fast food. But the food gets the job done, apart from their small baby sized fries. Service is really slow they, even though it wasn’t busy, the workers were taking a while to get the food out

I flew in from a flight mid-afternoon on a sunday. This place was great! I'm not sure why people feel the need to complain about the prices. It's beef, chicken, and customer service is high quality compared to most places outside the airport. I mean what do you people expect? Free food? Too? Geez! Haha! Your staff was friendly, fast and always double checked if anything else was needed. Thank you! It was my first time! Great first impression! Thank you!
