Solid 4 star Mom and Pop dining experience! The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The restaurant was clean and had an inviting atmosphere. My one issue with the visuals/cleanliness was the need to wipe down the top of the siracha bottles now and then, especially if they are going to be a self-serve item. The fried rice is a must. Maybe that's why they are called Fried Rice Express, because the fried rice is so good! Strawberry banana boba has good flavor, tapioca isn't too hard or too soft. Boba is a little thicker than what I am used to, but it is really good.
