Service was nice. The server really considered when making recommendations which seemed honest. The food was alright, large portions. Menu says there are vegan options but it isn’t clear which options can be made vegan.

Wow, this little spot is very tasty. My husband absolutely loved the yakisoba he said “it tastes as good as the one he had in Okinawa” My pho was soooo good, love the broth species. The waiter was amazing and very alert caught on to all my corny jokes. Great ambience, I was able to enjoy my dinner while people watching…

Awesome place! My wife said the food was a bit salty but still good. I enjoyed my food 👍 I nearly ate it all 😅everything was great. Service was great. Upon arrival it was completely empty but other customers eventually started to come in after we ordered. We ate then left. We’ll return soon enough to try their food again.

Super disappointed in our experience as a first- time visitor. Our server seemed disinterested and distant although we were one of only 3 tables in the entire restraint. The cream cheese wontons and egg drop soup were good. But the honey walnut shrimp came in a thick sauce that tasted like straight mayonnaise with a few pieces of cold broccoli that tasted like they’d been frozen instead of fresh. The picture of this dish on the menu was deceiving in terms of quantity of food. We upgraded to fried rice for $5 only to receive slightly browned rice with a few crusty pieces of egg.

The pho was in a huge portion and beautifully presented so I will give them that!

Although this wasn’t my first time here, Sam C made tour experience a great one. Super attentive to our needs, never an empty cup, food hot and delicious.

I’ve always enjoyed the food here and have dined with colleagues many times. Unfortunately, over the past eight months or so, the lunch service and speed have declined significantly. This used to be a reliable spot where we could enjoy a meal during the lunch hour and return to work on time.

Recently, it has taken a long time just to place an order, an extremely long time to receive the food, and even longer to get the check. Because of this, we’ll likely stop coming for lunch, as there no longer seems to be sufficient attention to service.

At our most recent visit, one person in our group ordered pho and received it in a reasonable amount of time, while the rest of us waited another 20 minutes and ultimately had to ask about our meals. When the food finally arrived, it was not hot, suggesting it had been sitting for some time before being brought to our table.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated issue. On a visit last summer, we were completely forgotten on the patio and left after waiting nearly an hour without receiving our food. On another occasion, we waited inside to be seated at an open table, but no one ever came to seat us, so we eventually left. Today was our final attempt, hoping the service had improved.

It’s disappointing to take this spot out of our lunch rotation, as it’s convenient to our office and we generally enjoy the food.

They forgot to prepare my on line order that I placed 3 hours prior, I had to wait 30 minutes when I went to pick it up, the egg rolls were very good, the only gave less than 1/3 of dressing for the rice noodle salad, I'm not going back

We went to Red Lotus because it said they had Gluten Free. I loved it! Great service and they were knowledgeable about cross contamination. They have a separate fryer for GF items. And the food was delicious. We had a coffee float for dessert that was to die for. Our server was soo nice! Best 80’s playlist as well. Will dine there again…

Our favorite place for Chinese food! The Tai Chien and Pon Pon chicken are favorites, with their delicious unique sauces. The vegetables with the Cashew chicken and Beef and Broccoli dishes are always fresh and perfectly made. Outstanding and friendly service: Jay and Sam always take good care of us with genuine smiles.

Food was okay. Went middle of afternoon on a Sunday as. There was only one other table yet it took 45 minutes to even get the food. And a table that was sat about 20 minutes after us got their food first. The waiter never once communicated a wait or anything and seemed to avoid our table. And once we got the food it was extremely difficult to get the waiter for our bill. Once again ignoring hs for the other tables. Entire experience took an hour and a half in a practically empty restaurant. Plus they gave me the wrong pho and split our bill incorrectly. Won’t be returning.
