I absolutely LOVE Rise By Good Day! Moving here frrom a town in IL just north of Chicago, I never expected to find quality kielbasa in UT... but low and behold, Rise By Good Day has saved my polish cravings and kept my stomach happy. You have to get the Weselna Kielbasa. It is my absolute favorite. You also cannot go wrong with pierogies either. Or the poppy seed bread. Or the polish apple pie. I also love trying all the other polish foods and snacks. The ketchup is my new go to. Don't get me started on the Paczki. That's a delicacy of its own. Stop in, you wont be disappointed. The service is amazing. The owner is so friendly, as are her staff. I cannot recommend this place enough. I am looking forward to them opening the new location in West Jordan and trying their pierogi pizza and kielbasa pizza. Mmm!!

Coming across "Good Day Catering" I was very impressed with Amanda's menus, her choices and selections. Not only what she offers but how she offers. Amanda went out of her way to make our weekend a success. She is tops in my book. The food was displayed elegantly, the preparation with her style of seasoning was excellent. Good Day Catering provided the food for the luncheon following my husband's funeral. We have several members of our family with different food allergies (gluten, nuts, dairy). Good Day accommodated those allergies and provided a delicious meal that our guests raved about. The food was hot and beautifully presented when we returned from the interment. I picked up an order of paczkis tonight, and they are delicious. I’m not a huge fan of the plum(I’m not a big fan Of plums overall), but the Bavarian cream and currant were to die for. I dropped in a day early, because I had told them the wrong date, and they were quick to fill my order, and did not push me away until the following day, which I really appreciated. Highly satisfied.
