We got the wrong order, they made it again and watched them wrap our returned sandwich and give it to another customer. Then they proceeded to give us the order (wrong again) bacon was cold, drink was expired and sandwich had paper inside. Never coming back here again.

We had A Mufalata and Italian. Both very fresh and of high quality meats and cheeses. Olive spread was quite good. Nice change from fast food burger joint. Service was quick and reasonable. Tip screen was present but fairly ubiquitous at most food venues.

Got a muffeleta sandwich on ciabatta, my son got warm chicken pesto on ciabatta. Seriously DELICIOUS- he’s 14, said 10/10. We will get one every time I come to this airport!Fresh and delicious, pellegrino flavored drinks too my favorite?⭐️??♥️

Stopped in here during a layover and wanted to try an Italian sandwich. I was expecting more of a sub-style sandwich but wasn't disappointed with The Godfather. Loaded up with meat, cheese, and peppers, this sandwich definitely filled me up... At least until the next city! Lots of beverage options and snacks here too.Olympic Otter
As others have stated the service is horrible here, everything is overpriced and they try to auto tip. They need to hire people that actually care about customers at all.

What a disappointment! Ordered 2 Italian sandwiches on the hoagie bread. The bread was stale and the balsamic vinegar was so sour and lacking true flavor. The meat and cheese were scarce. Terrible sandwiches. Stay clear of this place at the airport!

Horrible experience. Whoever the lady’s are that were running this place at 4am on 8/31/23 are an absolute joke. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese which they charge $5.50 for. Once I get it I see that it’s one of those where they just toast the bagel and make you put on the spread. Not ideal but not a big deal. However, they only gave me one small spread packet for the whole bagel. I asked for a couple more just as you would if you want more sauce at a restaurant thinking it was no big deal. They said no, that’s going to cost $2 per packet… per packet! I tried to reason with them and explain how it’s just one small packet of cream cheese, can I just get a little more? What’s that going to hurt you or the business you work at? They refused and insisted that I must pay $2 per packet of cream cheese that I want. Not exactly the way one would want to start their day, especially that early in the morning. These ladies have not the first clue of what customer service means and it’s these type of people that will bring down their business. Not surprised they have 2.2 stars on Google. Not to mention the quality of the bagel itself was atrocious. It tasted like you put frozen bread in a microwave. There are SO many better breakfast options in the airport, don’t go here just because it’s the first one you see after security. I will not be returning ever.
