This place is delicious with the most authentic Mexican food in town. Employee are super nice and great customer service! Definitely worth the drive . Very clean restaurant. Barbacoa is the best!

Carnitas y Taqueria Los Alvarado serves amazing tacos, gorditas, and pozole that taste like real Mexican food. The staff is super nice, kind, and pleasant. The dining area is clean and well-kept. With killer sauces and delicious meals like asada queso tacos, this restaurant is highly recommended. One of the absolute best hole in the walls found, with amazing food every time and good prices. The carnitas quesatacos are a favorite, and the carnitas are the best! The carnitas plate had great flavor and a good portion, bathed in a red like sauce, and they are pretty damn authentic. They use handmade corn tortillas. The beans were good and the rice had great flavor. Parking is usually available except during lunchtime, but it can be a pain. They close from 2:30-3 pm.
