Wow ~ This store is very sad in comparison to the Sandy location. REALLY?? We fell in love at the Sandy location. The helpings, amounts of each ice cream flavor at the Sandy location is wonderful and makes sense plus is so fair for the price!❤️. We now LOVE Handles and were excited to get some more! Thus; we paid a visit to this particular store and we were shocked about how tiny and little the scoops were for the price‼️🤬 Not good! We are sad we spent our money here….and are sorry we did. Never again.

I took my family to this location today for my wife’s birthday. She playfully asked the brown hair guy if they do anything for birthdays. He snarked at her after handing her a small melting ice cream cone maybe I can give you sprinkles or $1 off. She said ok just asking and he said maybe if you were by yourself and we feel sorry for you we might do more. But you have a family. I said so because my we have a family we have enough and he said yes! This is the worst experience I have had and I am not going to request a quote to cater my companies event in September of over 250 people. We have been to this location a few times but we will not be back. The outside tables were filthy, rude staff, and melting ice cream. I will be very vocal about this and make sure other local business I work with are aware as well

Love this place!

Fabulous ice cream with a large selection of interesting flavors. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I always get a sample because they have so many flavors. Give it a try!

Great ice cream and great service

Was pretty surprised at how fast the hurricane melted, especially given the price. Employees were friendly, however.

Overpriced, go to Maceys

Price is insane, but lots of flavors and typically good service.
They have a nice board that shows the allergens, but I think it's incorrect, so double check before ordering.
Doesn't seem like the kids are particularly concerned about food allergies.
Nice outside area to eat your ice cream that might be a bit sticky.
Later hours are nice.

Great place for ice cream! Prices are reasonable.

I was so excited to get my black raspberry chunk ice cream until I took my first bite. My ice cream felt extra creamy, almost like it had been melting. It left a weird taste in my mouth and it made me sad. Was looking forward to it. This location was sort of weird vibes. No music inside.
