Great place for ice cream! Prices are reasonable.

I was so excited to get my black raspberry chunk ice cream until I took my first bite. My ice cream felt extra creamy, almost like it had been melting. It left a weird taste in my mouth and it made me sad. Was looking forward to it. This location was sort of weird vibes. No music inside.

Some blonde worker don’t remember her name denied me a yummy shake :( apparently that damn blender was broken or so i thought While me and my fiancé ate our ice cream outside another couple walked out with shakes!!! We were denied shakes for no reason. Would recommend a different location.

I’ve always loved Handel’s, the icecream from there is unbeatable, but the service at this location was very very poor. I don’t remember her name but a blonde haired girl, working the register, denied my fiancé and I 2 shakes, apparently the “blenders were acting up”, 20 minutes later we are eating our icecream and another couple walks in, one of them asks for a shake and a different employee happily makes them one. I would go to a different location if I were you.

There is a blonde girl employee at this location that has lied twice now about making shakes.

Once stating they were “out of ingredients” to make a shake? It’s just milk and ice cream..

Second time now she said “we are no longer making shakes for the night”

If you want a shake go to a different location!

Interior looks like a prison. No seating was odd. Workers look and act depressed. Mediocre slightly overpriced ice cream.

Handles milkshakes are so good—why can’t I order a shake online, like I can so many other items?

Not much needs to be said, it's ice cream, and they have amazing flavors! Give them a try, I doubt you'll be disappointed!

States they close at 10pm and we walk in to be turned around over 20 minutes before this stated time. They turned the lights off immediately after and left right after. If it states 10pm you should close at 10pm. We drove 20 minutes to go here. Severely disappointed.

Love the ice cream! Good stuff and it's usually not too big of a deal to pop in there and grab some ice cream. It's not like a great place to go and hang out and eat ice cream though.
