Hardy foods has bigger portions and better prices than factor and fresh and Lean. The veggies are locally grown and as fresh as you can get. They cater to those with specific diatery needs (keto, low carb, ext which makes it very convenient for folks who need fresh, healthy quality meals.
They're awesome! Very accommodating and flexible with any dietary preferences. The food is great. My favorite meal prep service I've tried in the SLC area! Highly recommend if you're looking for something long-term or for the weeks you're super busy. I like that they check in each week, so you have the opportunity to skip or modify your food choices.
I have been getting Paleo meals from Hardy Foods for about a year and a half and it has been life changing for me! I’ve always been in good shape but Hardy has helped me to get in great shape. With clean eating and increased workouts I dropped my body fat to the range of 6% (I’m over 50 btw). I look better, feel better, and have more energy than I did before!
