I can’t recommend this place enough! I tried the Cookies and Cream ensaymada they have at Ocean Mart on a whim because it looked so beautiful, and now I’m absolutely hooked!! The matcha one is pure heaven, too! They’re so soft, and the fillings are always so silky smooth and perfectly sweet! I’d even venture to say that I’d drive all the way out to SLC for these! 😋 yum!!
Wow!!! I bought a cookie & cream ensaymada on a whim at the Roy Ocean Mart and it was AMAZING! So many buttery soft layers! The cream was perfectly sweet and crust was like eating a crunchy oreo! Thanks for a lovely morning treat!

Their Ensemada and Pandesal are the bomb! They are way better than Goldilocks or Red Ribbon. Hindi pa tinipid ang cheese! It's worth every penny!!! I highly recommend High Altitude Bakeshop!
