The food was great. However the older woman that seated us sure seemed annoyed at questions and rude. It might just be the way she talks but it was bad enough that my husband never wants to Come back. Mind you my husband very rarely gets mad. So your hostess is pretty bad.
Fantastic burger joint! Their Big H Country and pastrami burgers were delicious and very flavorful, although the bun was a little dry.
Their cheese fries are definitely the way to go, but regular fries are also delicious. They’re cut fresh in the morning and the cheese fries are real shredded cheese, baked in an oven. None of that fake cheese shoved in a microwave crap.

Always love going to Hires Big H. The Big H Cheese burger with bacon is excellent. The only issue I had the last time I was there is that the fries were cold, but they are hand cut and very good usually. If you want the homemade style burger meal, I definitely recommend that you try Hires.
