This place is so cute! From pulling up they have a little balcony with cute lights strung up, to walking inside it is such a cute authentic place to go have a drink. This was my first time trying Kombucha and it is something I cannot believe I've never tried before. Employees were quick and prompt which was very nice. Highly recommend this place for a fun place to go get drinks with friends with light appetizers.

WOW such a lovely experience at HK Brewing. The first time I went there, I was nervous to meet someone new at HK. I told the bartender, and they made sure to keep an eye on us the first part of the night. The owner is also wonderful. I ran into her outside of HK, and she was so great to chat with. Beyond that, the kombucha is stellar. The atmosphere is SO great!! I seriously can't rave enough about their vibey décor inside. Definitely will keep coming back.

Such a great place! Popped in here and was able to park immediately (tons of spots). Our group had beer, wine, cocktails and empanadas which were all delicious. The service was awesome (shout out to Alyssa!). This is a great place even if you're not a kombucha lover, they make both regular and kombucha cocktails, have a ton of beer options, and the vibe was awesome and the space is really beautiful. Next time I'm in town I'll stop by and hopefully can sit on the patio and admire the mountain views. Thanks so much to the team at HK!

Great atmosphere and good vibes! They have a bunch of activities during the week from speed dating to book club meetings, and you can reach out to them to ask if you can hold an event. There are two dogs and both are very sweet. The dalmatian is very active and the brown one is calm. The workers there are very friendly. They have non-alcohol options as well. The bathroom is clean and I would definitely visit again to try other drinks.

Great kombucha and fun creative cocktails made with kombucha. Their cozy cocktail is a great winter drink! There's a large open room with high and low top seating and well and comfy chair/couch areas to lounge. Good for small or large groups. It's a bar so make sure to bring your ID!

The only place I've ever been to where they demand to scan your ID or you have to leave.!!! Umm...I'm not buying alcohol so NO, YOU ARE NOT scanning my ID.
This place is exceptionally chill and has a great quiet vibe. You could bring a big party or come by yourself if you wanted. Casual and laid back they don't disappoint. HK has parking right outside which is easy. They have indoor and outdoor seat too. Also free WiFi if you ask! Fisher the dog is happy to say hello and then have nothing to do with you. Lol he is sweet. It's not dog friendly tho inside only outside on the patio. The service was friendly and prompt. I liked the ginger hibiscus the most. I did try the spiced pear and pine an cactus nectar and they were close runners up. They offer growlers, flights ($9) and pints($6/7). They have a few light bites such as empanadas, crackers & chips plus a few other bites. Also wed night at 7pm they have live trivia! Bring your friends!

This is just such a beautiful space! Cozy and stylish seating, lots of wonderful plants, tons of natural light with a fabulous view of the mountains. I always feel so happy in this space. They have drinks for anyone and everyone. Kombucha (of course), liquor and beer. They've got empanadas and some other snacks for purchase. Everyone that works here is lovely, upbeat, and kind to you. Kate says hi to me when I come in, which is not near enough!

My daughter and I attended the "Sip and Slay" drag show and it was such a great time! Food was provided by a food truck so we did not eat from the selection on the menu at HKBC. We each enjoyed a cocktail and ordered a flight of non-alcoholic kombucha which were pretty good.
