This is a big shoutout to the employee that flagged down my bandmates car to give them the kindle I had accidentally left in the lobby. You are the best, thank you!

Room and whole hotel was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the front desk employee was less than warm. The guy had not personable, almost like a robot. And to top it off the room had no microwave. Moar hotels do. I had to go down to the lobby to warm some food up. This hotel also does not have a continental breakfast.

Typical Holiday Inn and Suites. If you want breakfast, you'll have to go and get seated and wait for it unlike the Express side of the chain. Not once did I have breakfast there because of not being able to just get and go. Most of the places that I go on the road for start their days at 6am, so this was definitely not an option for me.Only complaint that I would really have was the fact that the floor in my room seemed to be hiding something.... I had so many lumps and bumps under the carpet that I almost tripped several times and forget about rolling across it in a chair!

Staff was somewhat helpful. Everything slams shut, from the elevator doors to the room doors, to bathroom door, it all slammed shut. Bathroom was spacious for such a small shower. And what better place for a shelf with the towels than INSIDE the shower! Definitely hired the lowest bidder for their electrical as well. Scheduled the first airport shuttle of the morning and it arrived late and with people from a different hotel.

Love it..place is packed. It has a great view of the Utah nature plus the airport is sooo close . Its a great location . Place is clean and modern, has a restaurant and event rooms on first floor. Loving quarters are on higher levels . Nice and quiet at nite.

Lots of parking and very quick check in. Thank you IHG for taking care of frequent travelers. Two room King Suite had a great king size bed and an additional front living room area with a pull out couch. Restaurant located downstairs to get food and drinks. Full bar and entrees not just a burger place.
I know this sounds petty but the sink in the bathrooms need to be reconfigured. The faucet is not long enough so when you put your hands underneath to wash, the water doesn't go I to the sink, it goes all over the counter. I know they're remodeling so I dont know if this is something they already plan on addressing. Other than that this place is great!

My first time staying at this Holiday Inn & Suites location in Salt Lake City and such a hidden gem! The staff is very friendly and the young lady that checked me in was incredibly accommodating and polite. My room looked like it was fairly newly renovated and was incredibly clean! Not a spec of dust in sight. I wish that the comforter was fluffier and softer but honestly, that’s my only complaint. I was allowed late check out and was not disturbed at all during my stay. I would recommend this hotel over many of the hotels downtown. It’s apparent that management takes pride and care in their staff, rooms and shuttles! Everyone is friendly and the vehicles are very clean.

Blindly booking a hotel this place is amazing! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, awesome service and an excellent restaurant inside. I will gladly stay here again.

This place and SLC in my opinion is all horribly located. Especially if you fly in for an international flight you exit the airport without a place to grab food or a beer while you wait for luggage or your shuttle. The shuttle driver accidentally dropped me off at the wrong hotel. However he completely redeemed himself in a very professional manner. Kudos to you buddy on that customer service. It also can easily be confused with a nearby holiday inn express. Which has breakfast this place you have to pay. The entirety of the room cost for this hotel on a dead Sunday night was around $189. Kinda a bit overpriced Ed in my opinion. However they all did their best efforts and gave out a breakfast voucher, some water, and some free candy. So points for trying to uphold a hotel of this cost. I would say if your company is paying for it go for it. For a layover hotel to meet someone in SLC I would say look around a bit more.

Nice room for the night. The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Great location close to the airport. I'm only giving 4 stars because after 6 days, I have still not received my incident refund. It is still on hold.
