This HBH at 5654 S Redwood, SLC, UT had the worst customer service. That BOGO coupon was BOGUS. That wasn't a $10 sandwich. They took half the meat from one sandwich and split it into two... The manager made that puny sandwich in the image below. The 6 employees, including the manager, were rude. I spent over a $100 on half ham an a bogo sandwich. I submitted a complaint but did not get a response. I WILL NEVER BUY A ANOTHER HONEY BAKED HAM AGAIN!

We ordered the 6 sides bundle ahead online and had to choose a pick-up time. It still took over 45-minutes to pick up our order. They only had one line into the store and then inside they split into two for pre-orders and in store orders. They needed two separate lines the whole way. That would have helped to pick up. The sides were extremely small for $70 and the beans were crunchy.

I called ahead to ask if it would be alright to send my mother a picture of my ham gift certificate via text because I have a very very sick child at home. I couldn’t leave to pick up the ham which was 45 min away and wait in line for another 45 minutes then drive home. When the associate answered and said that shouldn’t be a problem, my mother went and stood in line for 45 mins outside while it was snowing. When my mother got to the front of the line they would not accommodate the previously approved plan and when she requested the manager, the manager came out and rudely told my mother she couldn’t accept a digital copy of the gift certificate and told her to look around at all these people, we can’t help you. Then said she’d either better get to the back of the line and buy a ham (which would’ve been another 45 mins) or leave.I don’t know if we’ve ever been met more animosity and hostility during the holidays and I will be working with my company to cancel their business with Honey Baked Ham Company. They weren’t even slightly willing to work with us even under the circumstances. I will never come here again. Rude and insensitive. We already can’t spend the holidays with family because of our sick baby. Now we can’t have our Christmas Ham. And to top it off, my mother left this store crying from the hurt that the employees rendered.

The food is amazing. Definitely recommend going here. A little pricey, but definitely worth it when I went i got four different sandwiches. They were all delicious. My favorite one is the non-meat one the mac & cheese could be a lot better. The potato salad mediocre but the sandwiches hands-down

Ham is quite good. A little too sweet for me. I can do just as well with one from Costco. They were very busy. Overpriced. Not much time to add to my order. Glad for the gift certificate. It was convenient not to have to cook it.

Very busy time of the year.!It's worth the wait.!!I was in town on business and stopped in before going home.In line for an hour. Talk to people in front or zig zagging in line around you as you move closer to the entrance door.Word of advice: If you make your order and pay online and have your receipts, you go to a different line that is very small and super fast. If I remember, I'll do that next time.It's great for a Holiday Dinner with family, friends, and loved ones.Happy Holidays or Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Received a gift card for Christmas... I'm a vegetarian... So I'm stocking up for friends, but I have no idea what to get. Had to wait for the one client in front of me, but they brought out another person to help me after a few monies waiting.She didn't seem very interested in answering questions or talking through options with me, so I just grabbed 2 of the same turkey breasts because I didn't really care either since it wasn't for me.

Terrible customer service. I called to cancel an order but instead they said they reshipped it so they wouldn't have to refund me. I never received my order. They look for any excuse not to return your money awful experience. Don't waste your time or money here folks.
