“They took our order and it got assembled correctly! We went through the drive thru Tuesday Jan 9 at 4:41pm. BrookeF was our cashier. She did a great job! Thanks to the cooks that made our order. No complaints. My child prefers no vegetables. I take ‘em the way they come because I’ve been a line cook in my teenage hood. I only lasted 3 months ? Special request orders killed me.We love the Papa burger single combo on Tuesdays for $5Thank you!

We placed a mobile order using the 40th birthday BOGO code and it turned the store into a bit of a mad house. Our order was marked completed when we walked in, probably because it was past the promised time, and the staff wasn’t sure why but assured us that our order was still in the works. I felt super bad for them, they had 4 people to take orders, answer questions, and also cook /prep. While my order took about 40 minutes to prepare, it wasn’t as bad as some others. When my order finally came, it was correct, which I was surprised about.

Huge props to the staff working tonight at this location. They called in reinforcements, which brought them to a total of 8 members who jumped in to try to bring the line down and you could see the line disappear pretty quickly. Many customers left angry and demanded refunds before they had a full kitchen, but the staff kept things professional and did what they could. I felt really bad that their scheduling/staffing seemed to have taken the worse hit, as if they didn’t realize how well the promo would be and how much strain it put on them. The 4 stars is because of the poor staffing for the night.

Overall, still good service and they still thanked every customer that came in. Would still go back but maybe not on promo code days.“

“I give it a four star rating for the food that we get there when we get it. However, this day, the restaurant was closed. And it even said that it was in standard operating hours. I hope they're not permanently closed. But, when they are open, I love everything A&W and their KFC side is pretty good too. The lemonade on the KFC side is really good. But, nothing beats a good root beer freeze or root beer float with A&W Root beer. That's probably one of my favorite flavors in my life.“
