Bella Carmona
Bella Carmona is produced by Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora, a fourth-generation coffee producer, in Antigua Guatemala, the region has a protected designation of origin PDO. because of the region's reputation for excellence in producing high-quality coffee. This coffee is fully washed and dried in the sun and mechanical dryers. Tasting notes, fudge, caramel, and hazelnut.
Blue Krishna
Blue Krishna is grown in the Kintamani highlands, in the volcanic soil of Mount Agung alongside citrus trees. The trees provide shade and extra income for the farmers. The coffee production style is organized around Subak Abian, an ecologically stable irrigation system developed 1,000 years ago by Hindu priests who practised Tri Hita Karana a philosophy focusing on harmony between humans, the environment and God. blue Krishna is wet-hulled, and sun-dried on raised beds. Tasting notes, mossy, tobacco, and cedar. Organic certified, and rainforest alliance certified.

Cerro Las Ranas
Cerro Las Ranas (the Hill of Frogs) coffee is named after the farm's lagoon that is populated by thousands of frogs, located in Apaneca within the department of ahuachapan, El Salvador. The coffee is produced by Jasal, a family-owned operation where Jose Antonio Salaverria and his sons take great pride in their meticulous attention to detail, from year-round farm management to quality control in the cupping lab, and everything in between. In the pulped natural process, also called a honey process, Jasal pulps perfectly ripened cherries and then dries the coffee beans, still covered in mucilage, on clay patios while constantly turning the beans to ensure even drying.
Cuarenteno
Our beloved celestial bean and a house favourite. Cerro San Juan mountains, epic, pacific coast Mexico Fully washed and sun-dried tasting notes, subtle chocolate, nutty, bright cinnamon, full rich body with very low acidity and a creamy finish.
Decaf Altura
This bean is sourced from Mexico and decaffeinated using the Swiss water process. This bean is similar to our house blend Cuarenteno in flavour and serves as a decaf variant. Tasting notes, milk chocolate, almond, smooth and rich.
Decaf Ethiopian Guji
Sourced from the Guji region in Ethiopia, this bean is processed and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. Tasting notes apricot, bittersweet chocolate, cream.
Espresso Blend
Blend of Mexican cuarenteno and sumatran takengon I.K.A. Tasting notes, thick heavy crema, dark chocolate, creamy, subtle dark fruit, rich and smooth with a clean finish.
Femenino Cuarenteno
This bean is grown in the Cerro San Juan Mountains, tepic, pacific coast Mexico. It's fully owned and operated by local women and is run under the cafe Femenino organization. Fully natural and sun-dried on raised beds. Tasting notes, cherry, chocolate, nutty, cinnamon, full rich body with very low acidity and a creamy finish.

Kintamani
Bali Organic RFA Kintamani NATURAL GRAINPRO is sourced from family-owned farms located in the Kintamani highlands on the island province of Bali, Indonesia. Coffee is grown in the volcanic soils of Mount Agung along with citrus trees that provide shade and another source of income. Coffee production is typically organized around a Subak Abian, which refers to the ecologically sustainable irrigation systems developed more than 1,000 years ago by Hindu priests who practice Tri Hita Karana the 3 sources of prosperity, a philosophy focused on the harmonization between the environment, humans and God. The idea of a natural processed coffee was suggested during Royal's origin trip in 2009 to address an issue of water scarcity. It was an easy step to drying whole ripe cherry given that raised beds were already used for drying parchment.
Las Brumas
Finca Las Brumas is grown in Panama. This 60-acre farm is located in the famed Boquete growing region on the border of Costa Rica. In fact, this place reminds us of a lot of Finca La Amistad, 1 of our favourite Costa Rican suppliers. Las Brumas' close proximity to La Amistad International park, the largest natural reserve in Central America, brings a wealth of ecological advantages to this corner of Panama. Cesar Araúz has been managing his family's farm for over a decade and dedicates his efforts to preserving its pristine ecology. Cesar relies on 6 year-round employees and another 60 seasonal workers from the globe bugle indigenous group who meticulously pick ripe cherries during the harvest. After harvesting, the coffee is de-pulped, fermented, washed, and carefully dried on covered patios and raised bed. Tasting notes, cherry cola, fresh cream, milk chocolate.

Queen City Harrar
Harrar is sourced from family-owned farms that are apart of chercher oda Bultum farmers' cooperative, who works with the Kubsitu cooperative that manages the washing station where the coffee is processed. There are 400 small family farms who deliver their coffee cherries to the Kubsitu cooperative where they are meticulously sorted. The coffee is naturally processed, where the coffee bean is dried within the cherry. Tasting notes blueberry, cream, and graham cracker.

San Agustin Colombia
San Agustin is sourced members of Proyecto San Agustín, a selection of 35 family-owned farms who live in the community of San Francisco in Huila, Colombia. Proyecto San Agustín focuses on quality coffee production and establishing direct trade relationships. Proyecto San Agustin works in collaboration with an export company called lohas beans, who's connections in the speciality coffee market have improved coffee prices for its members, enabling farmers to reinvest in their farms and provide for their families. San Agustin is fully washed and dried in solar dryers with protection from the rain. Flavour Notes, lemon, cedar, orange, dark chocolate.
San Juan Sacatepequez
Guatemala San Juan Sacatepequez San Jose Ocana GrainPro is sourced from a family-owned estate located within the municipality of San Juan Sacatepequez, in the department of Guatemala, Guatemala. Finca San Jose Ocana has been in the Sanchez family since 1905. Over the last 110 years, the Sanchez family has developed 150 acres with coffee cultivation and preserved the remaining 260 acres with natural forest. Finca San Jose Ocana has its own mill where cherry selection, de-pulping, and drying are meticulously executed. Flavour Notes cinnamon, lime, dark chocolate.
Santa Rosa
Beneficio Santa Rosa is the powerhouse of western Honduras, boasting one of the most state-of-the-art dry mill operations in all of Central America. It starts with location. Santa Rosa de Copan has mild weather conditions, which makes for an ideal warehouse location for resting parchment and preparing coffee for export. Copan is the second largest growing region in Honduras, which means Beneficio Santa Rosa is well situated to receive coffee from many excellent sources. Most importantly, Beneficio Santa Rosa has a fully staffed cupping lab equipped to cup through thousands of samples and identify the potential for every coffee that is received. So it should be no surprise that Beneficio Santa Rosa has delivered an exceptional number of Top Tier micro-lots for Royal this season. This lot comes from the collaboration of three brothers in the Guevara family who cultivated and harvested their coffee on 350 acres in the community of San Andres within the department of Lempira. The brothers use their own micro-mill to process harvested cherries, which allows for meticulous care in sorting, depulping, fermenting, and drying the coffee.

Texas Pecan Coffee
The owners of Jack Mormon coffee Co. lived in Texas for many years, they always loved the mounds of fresh pecans growing in their backyard. Their life in Texas was so wonderful they wanted to bring a little of that to their lovely coffee shop here in Utah. Made with our house favourite, Cuarenteno, the natural chocolate and nut notes meld with the warm candied pecan flavouring, creating a whole new coffee experience. There are no actual pecans or traces of pecan used in the coffee.

The physical location has been closed for a few years now but was my #1 coffee spot for drinks and beans. I order their coffee beans online now. Only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because I live only a few blocks away from the shop and am a little frustrated that I have to pay $7 in shipping fees. It just feels a little silly since I live so close. I'd love for them to open again.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Cruiser today. They weren’t open but he happened to be stopping in and let us check out the place and taste the nitro cold brew. I will say it was hands down the best coffee I ever had!! It went down almost like a coffee stout. So good and no creamer or sweetener needed! I highly recommend you try his coffee. He roasts it himself and is such a cool dude. Must try in SLC.

The name of this coffee shop does it for me and made me want to try it but also is my go to coffee spot when I’m in the avenues area!Really good coffee and made locally. Try it you won’t regret it if you are a real coffee snob so to speak!5+++
