Al three kiosks were struggling and we told staff. They didn’t do anything. Three other guests left when there was nothing done about it. Ours finally processes after multiple attempts but the people after us had issues to and the girl who was told didn’t speak very good English but told them to please use machine after they told her machine wasn’t working properly. Absolutely flabbergasted. The manager came back from break and didn’t even speak to the team. Its hard to upset me, but when I see loss of sales for a business and guests walking away unsatisfied, I see why this brand closed in our city.

Worst experience ever, I walked into the store and got ignored, while ordering the guy taking my order aka known as (Carlos) super rude guy with an attitude, rolled his eyes multiple times. Canceled my first transaction and no refund in my account. Besides all of that, my order was wrong.

Charged my card but the order showed up nowhere in the system. After 25 minutes the manager still could not come to assist. We ended up having to pay for a second bowl because the workers refused to make the bowl we had paid for. We’re going to have to report the original charge which the employees could not fix.

Wanted a pb mood without the pb ( basically wanted chocolate banana shake) custom ordered it at the counter because display doesn't offer to customize it. Basically they skipped all ingredients other than the ice cream. Ended up tossing it as had no flavor.

I've eaten at 90% of the places in the SLC airport and this is one of the and getting an Acai bowl for breakfast is the way to go.

It’s a small place with a lot of healthy options, they also have good snacks like pretzels and sandwiches,the boy that helped us was very nice and profesional, the only thing is that the United vouchers didn’t work for us, even though he tried several times…in the mean time the girl serving our food apparently threw our order away because she called while we were triying to figure out the vouchers, she was wrong and didn’t even think to apologize for her lack of patience, but other than that everything was good, couldn’t finish the banana protein because it was to much, the rest was great! I recommend

Gentleman with the green hair who was on register was so nice, after taking my order he walked me all the way to my gate because I have no idea how to get there! Also the staff was so nice and seemed like everyone got along very nicely, love the teamwork they have!!!!
They closed at 9:25 today when they were supposed to close at 10:00

I’ve been to Jamba Juices all over the country and this is by far the worst. Don’t go here because if you want the Jamba Juice you’re thinking of this isn’t it.The taste in my smoothie bowl was awful, they only gave me an inch of smoothie in it and I couldn’t even finish that. And my husband’s smoothie had large chunks in it still. He also got the egg sandwich which is hard to go wrong but they somehow did.

Pretty disappointed. Should've looked at the stars on here first. Pro: service was decently fast. Con: ordered the acai bowl and seriously barely half was the acai fruit part. Then it was overfilled with granola. Seriously false advertising based on the pictures. Not worth the $10.
