When they put the new airport in I was critical of the distances involved but being able bodied it was ok I could do it just fine. In spite of them taunting people about it (yes the steps sign is taunting and frankly tone deaf)they seemed to figure out that moving walks and accelerated transport are a key part of making airport designs like this work. Hopefully that work continues because they aren’t done. Fast forward to this year though and needing to travel with a broken leg I’m learning that the distances are even further on crutches and that the handicap karts…you’ll wait an eternity. Need an Uber? Oh boy get ready to sig and zag your way out of there. I may not normally be disabled but the signers really should be ashamed. And the people that allow those karts to be a 30-60 minute wait should be fired. Hot take? Sure…but it’s also heinous. Don’t even get me started about all the other games we’ve endured as the new airport has figured out how to do airport things. I’ll never forget asking the airport which carousel our bags would be on to get told to ask delta and deltas telling us to ask the airport. The lack of accountability was stunning.

The smoothie was good but we ordered extra granola and didn't get any granola. I paid the extra for that and then had to run catch my flight so that was sad
:( good smoothie tho

This Jamba Juice is located inside SLC airport near gate A12.

The kiosks work well. The Jamba crew is quick and kind.

I'm not sure why Google maps can't guide you to walk inside the airport, but it instead tells you to leave the airport, walk on the road, and walk across the runways. Don't do that. Go passed the tunnel for B gates and Jamba is next to A12.

The acãi bowl was a refreshing option in a pinch. Though the fruit on top seemed frozen rather than fresh.

If you don't have signs warning customers that your oven is broken, so maybe don't order food, and you won't even swap it out for a drink then don't be surprised when I tell you I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank.. what, did you think I was going to let you take my money?

Poor planning at customs, 3 workers? for 100”s of people. Poor planning, clueless Management what a great look on Salt Lake.

This is a completely remodeled airport and the HVAC sucks. 80+ degrees inside at 6am. Pack a lunch and snacks to get from security to your gate.

Don't bother, I LOVE Jamba juice. This is hands down the worst smoothie I have ever had. Tastes like a powder drink and is so thick she had to beat it out of the blender and still served it to me. Can barely get it up through the straw. Don't have time to go back. Train your Employees on how to make a smoothie. Waste of money which is disappointing as I've been traveling for 12 hours and haven't eaten. Sandwich also taste off. But at least it's edible unlike the smoothie.

Got a cheese salt pretzel, ended in the trash. Was suspicious when they told me they have a sweet pretzel??? Donought????
Broke my diet for that, even the two bites were worth. Will rate is as the second worst pretzel tasted, behind the NY smoked pretzel. No flavor at all, was a tasteless mass of bread.
Looks the do well on fruit shakes. Not on pretzels.

Tiny cold breakfast sandwich for $5 what a rip off. Also had to wait 10 minutes for order while everyone in front of me had already gotten their food and left.

Upon my recent layover at Salt Lake City International Airport, I had the pleasure of experiencing the Jamba Juice shop for the first time, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise during my waiting time for the connecting flight. As a tropical drink enthusiast, I couldn't resist trying their large Caribbean Passion Smoothie, and it truly lived up to its name. The blend of pear, white grape, mango, and orange passion juice, combined with the zing of orange sherbet, strawberries, and peaches, was a tropical symphony of flavors that transported me to a paradise getaway. What struck me the most was the impeccable blending technique—each sip was a harmonious fusion of the finest ingredients, resulting in a velvety smooth consistency. The service was outstanding; the staff's friendly demeanor and efficiency added a warm touch to my brief airport visit. The shop's ambiance provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to unwind amidst the hustle and bustle of travel. The Caribbean Passion Smoothie's burst of fruity goodness and the overall experience at Jamba Juice left a lasting impression, making my layover not just tolerable, but truly enjoyable. Kudos to the team for delivering a great service, maintaining a fantastic ambiance, and creating a smoothie that exceeded all expectations.
