I have flown to a large majority of all major airports across the US and several other around the world and Salt Lake City airport is one of the easiest to travel in and out of. While some larger airports offer unique experiences I appreciate how simple this airport is to navigate. I’ve never waited longer than 15mins to check my bag or go through security. I especially appreciated the friendly TSA workers this morning even though they are currently going unpaid during the government shutdown.
Sugar juice disguised as a smoothie. Unenthusiastic staff.
No thank you

Prompt and friendly service, standard Jamba menu and fare. This is a good option for a quick bite during a layover.

I have read some of the reviews for this place and it stinks. How many people are having that bad of an issue while visiting Jamba.
That being said, I’ve only gotten the açai bowls there and both my wife and I have loved them and I like them in the four times a month I’m in the airport to travel for work.
Definitely feels cold and distant to go there as you don’t have really any human interaction unless you need to try to complain about something from what I’ve watched since I spend a lot of time with the gate nearby there.
You order via a kiosk and wait for your item to show up at the counter.

They let low life auto rental car companies do business there with no punishment, at.all l, for not showing up with shuittles for theor reservations. Avoid this airport like the plague!
Looks like a great selection of beverages with convenient checkout, and good service

The women working were rude and unhelpful, we stood at the register for 5 minutes and had to wave our hand to ask for help, even after they were staring at us waiting for help. The lady at the register had no manners and was not kind at all. She even just asked us to order on the kiosk instead so she didn’t have to do the order.

Managed to swing by before a connecting flight. Kiosks work well if you're not making substitutions. I had someone help me because I change a few things usually.
The smoothie was a bit watered down, but not bad. Service was solid, turnaround time was solid.
Note, this is near gate A12.

When they put the new airport in I was critical of the distances involved but being able bodied it was ok I could do it just fine. In spite of them taunting people about it (yes the steps sign is taunting and frankly tone deaf)they seemed to figure out that moving walks and accelerated transport are a key part of making airport designs like this work. Hopefully that work continues because they aren’t done. Fast forward to this year though and needing to travel with a broken leg I’m learning that the distances are even further on crutches and that the handicap karts…you’ll wait an eternity. Need an Uber? Oh boy get ready to sig and zag your way out of there. I may not normally be disabled but the signers really should be ashamed. And the people that allow those karts to be a 30-60 minute wait should be fired. Hot take? Sure…but it’s also heinous. Don’t even get me started about all the other games we’ve endured as the new airport has figured out how to do airport things. I’ll never forget asking the airport which carousel our bags would be on to get told to ask delta and deltas telling us to ask the airport. The lack of accountability was stunning.
Once in a while I'll give in and get one of their good, but now severely overpriced (everywhere not just the airport) Smoothies. Every time I get one here it's at least a full inch from full l, if not more. When I'm paying 9 bucks for it at least fill up the cup.

Had a question about ingredients. Took me 5 minutes to get someone’s attention. Employee wouldn’t let me ask my question and the continued to argue with themselves until I could ask my question.
Best stay away from here.

The smoothie was good but we ordered extra granola and didn't get any granola. I paid the extra for that and then had to run catch my flight so that was sad
:( good smoothie tho
This Jamba Juice is located inside SLC airport near gate A12.
The kiosks work well. The Jamba crew is quick and kind.
I'm not sure why Google maps can't guide you to walk inside the airport, but it instead tells you to leave the airport, walk on the road, and walk across the runways. Don't do that. Go passed the tunnel for B gates and Jamba is next to A12.
