95% of the staff is always chill but this one lady who’s usually at the drive thru mic around noon on weekends. As soon as I hear her voice I know the service will be worse than usual and I’ll end up paying for things I didn’t order. Last time I tried to order 2 combos and try out the new ranch chips, but somehow ended up paying for every single item separately, a dip cup of ranch instead of my ranch chips and different flavor of sodas than the ones I ordered. I love JJ...

Have always ALWAYS been happy with the service I’ve gotten here for YEARS. If people are having a bad experience here I don’t know what to tell you. Staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. Keep up the good work guys!

I love this location and the team! I recently had a super minor issue with one of my orders, and the manager was VERY understanding and kind about the matter! Could not recommend this location enough for their kind staff as well as amazing sandwiches (of course)
