Okay I don't normally leave reviews but the service at this location has gotten pretty bad. I went in twice in the last week or so after not having been to this location for a while. Both times I experienced pretty bad service. I work in customer service and have worked in restaurants so I do understand both perspectives. When I went in the other day, I stood there waiting for the guy with long hair and piercings to finish his conversation with the girl he was working with...

Matt is a great guy at Jimmy John’s store 1400 in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. He has a great personality and always welcomes us in! Ask HIM to make your sandwich and you will not be disappointed!!! We think he deserves a raise💰

I have been so impressed by their customer service! I had a few problems and they were quick to make things right. Thry went the extra mile to take care of me and give me extra things. I was very upset and they took the opportunity to impress not just me but my co-workers and do some great PR. Thank you!
