You can taste in places like this. I seek these places out and this is a gem.
Being from Arizona I am a self proclaimed Mexican food afficionado.

I encourage you to find it. Enjoy it. Ya, the iguana restaurants are good, but they are corporate and certainly fit the bill at times.
This is family, comfort. The real deal.

What a cozy little restaurant. Went in and instantly felt we went south of the border. The atmosphere had an authentic feel and full of personality. There was no wait and it was seat yourselves wherever you want. The service was quick and brought some of the best chips and salsa we think we have ever had while we waited for our order. Ordering was fast and the food arrived very quick. The servings was very generous for the low price point. Never had a Mexican coke before, but there is an obvious true coke flavor that is better than the American high fructose version. It was off the beaten track and it's a gem to visit. We will be going back.

Food was delicious! Salsa was fire! My husband eats carne asada fries EVERYWHERE we go and this place had the best he’s eaten in years! Great prices and wonderful service! We will definitely be eating here every time we’re in Utah!

Place seems like your eating at a jahovas witness cafetería made it kinda weird and uncomfortable. Nothing against religion, but I did feel out of place

The food is soo delicious, it reminds me of my grandmas cooking. I am a very hard critic, i like my food a certain way. But this place has never fail the flavor and freshness are on point. The agua frescas🔥🔥🔥 I Love Julias!

This is the second time I’ve been to this restaurant. First time was about 3 months ago. I just moved to the area and thought about trying this place out. It was great food the first time. We (my family) went in to eat on a week day. This time we went on a Saturday. Food was not good. Maybe it’s a different chef. Meat was bland and everything else was so salty. Non of us finished our food. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I don’t want to take a chance that we get food we don’t want to eat again.

Absolutely delicious. We were with my husband having lunch here, the service, the food, everything was spectacular, 100% recommended. At first it gives us a little fear. Making a mistake when choosing the place. But I recommend it 100%. I ordered green pozole and my husband had stuffed chiles. The truth is they have that Mexican touch
