Food wasn't that delicious, especially vegetarian. I have had a much better burrito / fajita / enchilada at a food truck. Drinks were good though, and the vibe supplements the drinks. Service was good as well. I would recommend going for drinks than food.
I recently visited La Cevicheria in Salt Lake City, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! If you're a fan of fresh, delicious ceviche, this is the place to go. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of tanginess and spice. Every bite tasted incredibly fresh, and the portion sizes were generous.

We got their signature ceviche, Cevicheria, it was pretty good. The birria tacos were pretty mediocre. If ceviche is what you’re after I’d say try this place. Server was busy but very friendly.
