I love this place so much! The food is awesome, I especially love the salad with the grilled chicken. It's huge and utterly delightful. I get it almost every time I go even though I always swear I'll try something new. And the baba ganoush. Best I've ever had.

I've been to Laziz at this and their other location a few times. This last visit was a bit of a let down. Service timing was off, as our group received their mains at very different times (about a 15 minute spread from beginning to end). Food was ok, but the lamb meatballs in the Shakshuka were very dry and the Za'atar fries has no discernable Za'atar flavour. Otherwise, the other dishes were good. Excellent mocktails, food, service, and ambience! My husband and I got a few small plates and two mocktail roulettes (bartender’s choice). For small plates, we ordered the sampler dip plate (beet dip, muhammara, and baba ghannouj), kibbeh, and halloumi. For dessert, we went with the the Lebanese “churros”. Our only regret was that we didn’t have room to eat everything! Only snagged a photo of the dessert as we were too busy enjoying the grub, music, and decor :) Hoping...
