Pizza missing the cheese in the middle. The employee I spoke to about it said it was still good and blamed it on oven. Pizza looks like it was made a while ago and left in the warmer.

The Assistant Manager there is very rude and unprofessional, he hung up in my face after trying to call and get my pizzas replaced. The pizzas were cold, burnt, and dry! He stated that, that was not his fault that it was the ovens fault. I have tried calling multiple times and he keeps answering and hanging up in my face.

As a vegetarian I was ecstatic about the veggie pizza and it was so delicious! Something for the whole family (the rest aren't vegetarians).

Came in an hour early before closing to order a pizza, instead of making me the pizza I wanted they said this is what we have left, take or leave it, I'm pretty easy going so I didn't make a fuss, but won’t be ordering from this location anymore. If you don't want to work anymore want close an hour early.

Was waiting in line and another mexican guy came in and the mexican cashier Gave him my pizza. The mexican cashier i feel like is favoritism on his own people. When in actuality I'm his people too🤣 jokes on him. Will never come to this location again💪🤑
Everytime I order pizza at this.location the service is terrible. There is lil to no sauce on the pizza. I've gotten the wrong pizza b4 and had to go back. The next time my pizza was not in the warmer. The manager ignored me to tend to her trainee, then told me someone else got my pizza. I told her this was an unexceptable answer. She acted as if she could care less. The cook came out and looked for my pizza and couldn't find it. Finally she said sheel cook me a new one. I said ok a fresh hot pizza I'll wait. I waited in the car for a few minutes, then she brought a cold pizza out to me and said oh we found it. It was in the wrong place.

I won’t be returning to this location. The sauce on my cheese pizza had a sour taste that made me feel unwell, and I had to throw the entire pizza away. It seems like there may have been an issue with quality control. I’d suggest the restaurant double-check their ingredients or preparation process.

This location keeps giving me raw pizzas despite requesting for them to be cooked well done. I have ordered a deep dish here twice now and have that happen. There is also no way for me to request a refund which is greatly upsetting
