I ordered online. I got a notification from them saying my order was ready. The notification even mentioned the number and what portal to pick it up in. I walked in and it wasn't even made yet. They should fix the timing of notifications. I ordered online because I was in a bit of a rush. I hope they at least ate it and didn't throw it away

I ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza regular crust with light sauce. We get home and our pizza is thin crust so I called to pet them know of the mistake and the guy asked me what do you want me to do about. Not happy with the customer service when I called to report the issue with my pizza, one the breads sticks didn't have hardly any of the seasoning on them.

We live closest to this Little Caesar’s but usually go to other locations because there is ALWAYS a problem at this location.
Today we wanted to pick up Pepperoni Hot and Ready and they were all burnt. I asked if there were any that were “normal”, they said no. They said I could wait 10 minutes for another one. I waited 10 minutes and the pepperoni pizza they gave me was severely undercooked.
I asked for the manager. He was not helpful or professional.
I would love for the owner to reach out to me.

Pizza was raw and was obvious from looking that the pizza was nowhere near cooked to the necessary level.

Picked up a half hour ago on my way home. Got home and the pizza was burnt and stale enough that any piece book be broken like a piece of wood. I went back to return it. The guy did not care that he gave me garbage. He pulled a replacement pizza. It was not as bad as the one I received but also a burnt brick. I settled on my only other option which was better but also, burnt and old. Unbelievable. This is the worst experience I've had with little caesars.

For those of you old enough, do you remember how good "The Pizza Oven" and "Gepettoes" were? They had such great food, too bad they are no longer. Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Little Ceasars ? were really good at one time. . . Little Ceasars sit down on 1300 E. by the U of U area on the NW corner was great. You could even buy it by a large slice with a drink for $1.20. Everything was delicious! All that melted cheese, topings, and bread crust (best flavored doe) were to die for. Some of these restaurants are either gone now or have had multiple changes to their ownership, management, and services and have reduced or altered their ingredients from good quality to poor quality. Well, I believe it when it comes to Little Ceasars... Their pizza doe is like bisquet bread, hard and dry most of the time, and flavorless. There is nothing about their pizza that is like before or in otherword good. This, of course, doesn't mean all locations are this way, but I can name 4 of them that are. I'm speechless at this point, which I'm sure the reader is glad at this stage. Nothing like spending more $$ for less everything and then seeing that new 2024 commercial with George Kittle playing all the characters and seeing that beautiful pizza slice with all that melted cheese streching as its being pulled away. Doesn't it look good? You bet It does, but good luck ever buying one that looks like this one being advertised. I've also noticed their staff is socially enept and rude. We'll, you'll all be replaced with robotic kitchens soon "make-bake-n-serve" as it ejects out a slot in the wall. Maybe it will be better in every way by then.

Bought 2 cheese pizzas, breadsticks and a Mtn Dew 2 liter. We had to take the breadsticks back inside because they were cold and hard, didn’t think to look at the pizzas. Got home and this is what our pizza looked like… it looked and tasted hours old and like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours. it’s super disappointing, I spent $25 to feed my family, it’s hard times right now and they went hungry because the food was sooo bad. It’s disheartening.
