Been going here for many years, but it's gone downhill. Their so called hot and ready menu is never hot or ready. The warming bins are always empty and the past 10 times I've been in they didn't have a Bestest peperoni ready, and much of the time not even a regular peperoni. I always have to wait, and it happens so consistently I'm convinced they are choosing not to keep so called Hot and Ready items ready. Probably going to try another location to see if they've got their act together.

I see a lot of reviews from boomers who order online for pickup…. You should know by now it’s 2024 not 2054. Technology isn’t what they thought it would be back in 1980.

Parking: The parking here is weird, you can either pull up on the side street nearby with the sketchy traffic, or park in the parking lot on the back side of the building and walk around to the other side where the doors are.

Normally I'm not one to complain but this is the third time in a row within the past month where they've gotten my order wrong. They never had these problems before so they must have new staff that are not following instructions properly. I would recommend going to another location or food place at this point until they start doing a better job.
We've been going to this location for a year. This past month has consistently been horrible. Last time we got 2 pizzas and one was nearly raw. This time we got delivered the wrong order and had to drive back for pick up. They were nice about it but then one of our pizzas hasn't been cut. Neither by themselves would be bad but both? This was our redemption try for this location and I don't think we'll be back
