We've been going to this location for a year. This past month has consistently been horrible. Last time we got 2 pizzas and one was nearly raw. This time we got delivered the wrong order and had to drive back for pick up. They were nice about it but then one of our pizzas hasn't been cut. Neither by themselves would be bad but both? This was our redemption try for this location and I don't think we'll be back

If you're new to the whole order online the pick up in store, your order number is your code and it won't work until the specified time. If they're done early or it's a hot n ready, you don't have to wait until that time, you can just ask them for it and they'll give it to you with proof of order.

This location is ROUGH. Horrible customer service, it feels like they are annoyed by customers being there at all and it’s very off putting. And rarely do they have anything besides cheese and pepperoni hot and ready- this includes their breads which should also be hot and ready. I also don’t know why but they can’t seem to get the crust right on the Italian cheese bread / deep dish/ sticks and slices. Detroit style pizza is supposed to have a caramelized crust and I’ve never gotten it right here. It’s unfortunate that it’s the closest location to me and that I can’t seem to learn my lesson and keep comying back for more, but I won’t be frequenting this location from here on out.

Walked in and asked for a pepperoni, and there's we go. That fast. It was pippin hot ? and really good. I ordered a medium and ate half of it to get full. I was stuffed, though.

This place is the best location for little caesars! If Israel is working the front counter, you’re in great hands. He’s literally the best. Give him a raise! He’s super with customers and genuinely cares about them.

No line, no customers in the store, no service to be found. Woman at the counter barely speaks english and cant navigate the register in a timely manner. Dude in the back walking around at a slugs pace. And on top of that they charge you more than what the product and the service is even worth just so they can stay in business. If you aren't willing to pay for good employees you might as well close so a restaurant with actual good customer service can occupy the spot.

Firstly, I love the pizza here. I think it's great for how much it costs. This was THE worst experience I have had here though and I'm very disappointed in the service. I do want to say, the girl at the counter was working very hard and clearly was stressed out due to how busy it was (Friday night around 7-7:30pm). I was standing in the front of the line waiting to order for over 20 minutes without an ounce of acknowledgment. She was prioritizing to-go orders and door dashes before the people standing in line. I eventually had to ask to order food and she told me "There are no pizzas ready and it'll take 10 minutes to make"...okay, if I had ordered 20 minutes ago I would have had it by now? She took my order and gave me my pizza less than 5 minutes later. I have worked in the service industry before and understand that this whole issue comes down to management and under-staffing/under-training. One employee was making 20 crazy breads while this poor girl at the counter really could've used some help. This location should really consider hiring people for only to-go's and another for only walk-ins.

Everyone knows when you go here that you aren't expecting high quality food. Their selling point is to have pizza available on a walk in basis (hot and ready). I went in during a not busy time (there was no one in the restaurant) and asked for 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. I was told the total and paid and then told that pizza would be ready in 10 minutes... Ok, came back in 10 minutes and was told 10 more minutes because they sold my cheese pizza to someone else. No sorry, no here's some free crazy bread (tried to order that originally and was told they were out). Little ceasers has a very low bar for expectations and somehow they didn't clear that...

I grew up coming here all the time so this place is nostalgic for me. Although it may not be the healthiest option, you're paying for the quality. Still love it!
