Awful. Literally 20 minutes to get an order. They have you go park in one of the stalls and make you wait. Then you get to watch 10 cars get their food immediately. After all that the employee was then annoyed with me when I seemed upset about waiting and being second priority to the drive through Unreal.
Update: it’s funny the excuse they gave me was waiting for fresh fry’s. Just got home, fry’s suck and are cold. Smh.

They ask us to pull forward and wait in a parking spot every single time. This is fast food (or it's supposed to be). Why is there never any food ready? They also ignore our sauce requests and when we ask why we didn't receive our sauce, they say there is a limit of 2. If that is true then why do they advertise the sauce as free on the mcdonalds app?

I did an a online order and it took them 25+ minutes and even served people who came in and ordered in store before me and they were extremely rude about it I got two things a cheeseburger and a medium fry

Review for McDonald’s on 2100 S 2300 E, Salt Lake City
I recently visited this McDonald's location and was generally satisfied with the experience, though a couple of things stood out. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was quick to prepare my order, which I appreciated. However, my order wasn’t entirely correct—my McDouble was delivered as a regular cheeseburger. It wasn’t a big deal, but still a minor disappointment.
Another downside was the music. The rap and hip-hop playlist playing during my visit was overly loud and felt more like an employee’s personal choice than something suited for all customers. It detracted from what could have been a more neutral dining atmosphere.
Overall, the service was efficient, and the cleanliness of the place was great, but the music and mix-up with my order kept the experience from being perfect.

I just ordered a fish burger and a meat burger and both came with hard bread and the fish had an unpleasant smell. I didn't have time to go and change the food but I didn't waste any money on this 😡 Also, I asked for it without tartar sauce and they put that on it and not mayonnaise, which was what I had asked for.

Last time coming here! Charging my card for things I didn't even order! Fraud! Thevies! I ordered a kids plain happy meal with a coke. At no point was there a discussion of making a small child's happy meal coke into a medium. After paying, I was handed the kids' meal with a medium code. I said whats this.I didn't order a medium coke, and she said yes , you did, ma'am. I said no, I ordered a kid's happy meal with a coke. She then offered to give me smaller coke that should have come with a happy meal. I said, "Did you charge me for the medium, and she said yes. So at some point they decided when I ordered the kids happy meal I was going to have a medium Coke.But they did not discuss that with me and charged me. Her fix was to take my medium coke, that they charged me for and give me a small child coke but not offering my money back. I mean, how hard is it?????? Listen to your customer!!! Listen to your customer!!. Only charge your Customers for what they have actually ordered. If you screw it up, then make it right. Integrity means something!!! This is the worst Mcdonald's in all of Utah. Not only did you not get my order, wrong, You charged me for something I didn't order, and you didn't offer me my money back. Get better employees. Get people who care to give good service. Get. People who care About making it right when they screw up. Own it, fix it!

Quarter pounder with cheese is what I usually get. Mcflurries are so good. Fries are amazing. It's McDonald's I don't know what you'd expect, but it's always good to come when it's late and nothing else is open.
