I don't come here often, but every time I do, the food is cold and disgusting. I don't think I've gotten fresh/warm fries a single time I've been here. They are cold and have the texture of styrofoam. I'm not paying for cold food that has been sitting out. Go to a different location.

Just what you’d expect a normal McDonald’s to be like! Food is good! Service is good! The food is kinda mid sometimes but most of the time it’s not and the food makes you wanna scream NUM NUM NUM lol

I live nearby this location, and it’s worth it to drive to ANOTHER location with how terribly this one is ran. The drink machines are always always always disgusting, out of stock on lids, or out of syrup. The food is poorly prepared. Sure, you got a good looking, hot Quarter Pounder…but you ordered a BACON quarter pounder. That’s the type of service & quality of food you can get. Over the past year of living near this location, they always will forget something on your order. Always. Whether it’s a dipping sauce, or a patty when you order a double cheese, etc. It’s always something like that that they will mess up. They’re not that busy of a location either. Go to the one on 9th east, they have to fight off the homeless all day long but also will get your order correct.

Not one to leave negative reviews, but by far worst McDonald's I've ever gone to. Unhelpful, argumentive, rude. Ordered a large sprite, they put in a medium, tried to let them know when they handed it to us and they just flat out refused. Recommend going literally anywhere else, this one is awful.

Eggshells in my sandwich, muffin was rock hard, hashbrown was hard and dry, coffee was probably the worst coffee I've ever had. It was somehow burnt and bitter even though it was a French vanilla iced coffee.

Pulled up 5 min after lobby closed and they won't even try and take a look at the drive thru let alone take my order so if you want to mcdonalds try anyone but this one thnx for reading
