On 7/24 at 5:30pm I arrived at this McDonald’s to pick up an app order to celebrate my granddaughter’s 8th birthday with the meal of her choice. We had a fun night planned so ordered on the app to save time. The food was not ready. The manager stated she could not help because she didn’t have the order. I showed her the attached screenshot of the order - bought and paid for on the app. She continued to refuse to serve me. When she repeated that she didn’t have the order- I showed her the app again! She then stated she was REFUSING to serve me because I was being rude. As I walked out the door to try and figure out how to celebrate my granddaughter and get to the rodeo on time, she screamed out the window that the order came through. I can see if I didn’t have the screenshot - but refusing to provide the food in this situation is 100% unacceptable!! Choose another location if possible.

The staff tried to make me order an online pickup while in the drive through trying to just order my food? Stale buns, cold fries. Don't do the snack wrap unless you love ranch and lettuce in a tortilla. Go to McDonald's on 2100s. They do it correctly

This McDonald’s is terrible on three different occasions, the first occasion they only gave us half a fudge Sunday. The second time there were loud teenagers yelling and shouting startling myself and other customers, the third time they gave us old stale burgers that were cold and burnt, dry and probably past the 4 hour mark of being under the glow plugs. i hate being the person to leave fast food places a bad review because i used to work in one for ages but this was by far the worst food i’ve ever had usually this place is good but today tasted like they gave up food that has been sitting for over the time it’s supposed to, my fries were stale and cold, the chicken sandwich we got was dry and the buns were very burnt. the burgers were so dry and overall was awful. get it together!!!!!!

The morning crew leaves things out of my bag all the time it's the worst location if you want to get all your food go to the McDonald's on 2100 South and 2100 East. They always make it right this McDonald's sucks and they know it.

The whole staff is disrespectful. Especially the greasy dude with long hair that works the front. He is a terrible person and is rude to all kids. The whole store is greasy and disgusting. Thanks to the dude in the front with no teeth. Horrible service, apparently you have to pay for a water cup now. Only for kids though. Don’t come here. And he wouldn’t provide his name for this review, if that tells you anything about him.

The manager turned her back on me when I attempted to order at the counter. The kiosk did not produce a receipt. The manager saw me at a table with a number tent for 12 minutes and still remained focused on her paperwork. Only, when I asked about the delay was there any action. It appears the order number was stuck in the machine at the counter, as it was also stuck inside the kiosk order machine. Here’s a mystery… why is this consistently the worst McDonalds in the valley?
They always make you pull off and wait. 10 minute wait for a happy meal.

Nine out of ten times when we visit this McDonald’s, we’re asked to pull around to the side, park, and wait for our french fries. The manager should ensure the staff is dropping more fries in advance—it’s better than constantly making customers wait. I used to work at a McDonald’s, so I know this can be managed better. This happened at 1:30 PM on a weekend, and I always place my order through the mobile app about seven minutes before arriving. On average, the weight is 15 minutes once you’re parked at the side of the building and usually we have three other cars sitting by us waiting. With that kind of wait time, I could definitely go to the Wendy’s down the block. It’s frustrating and surprising when the fries still aren’t ready.
PS they pulled the fries early and they were not done.

Always make you drive to a parking spot and wait for your food. This is the only McDonald’s I know that does this consistently. Very annoying.
