Well, their prices haven't gone up in years, so that's nice.

The new manager is just simply horrible. There have been so many managers the last few months. You know I am a big fan of this establishment, And I'm there almost on a daily basis with friends and family. But I was horrified today to be treated so Rudely.I expect that from the teenagers that are hired, but to find out that she is the new manager is horrifying! I'm sure she won't last very long, but I really hope she learns the qualities of a good kind person.

Such a fun little stop for a tasty treat!

I'm leaving a one-star review to highlight ongoing issues at this location.

Although the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, we've repeatedly experienced the staff starting to stack chairs as early as 8:55 PM, removing seating for customers still in the lobby. It doesn't seem to matter how many guests are present — they begin clearing out chairs regardless. On one occasion, I had to stand while my family sat because the staff confronted me for taking a chair from the stacked pile, even though it was just one extra chair needed for me to join them. For reference, here's a picture of the lobby at 9:00 PM, showing the stacked chairs for yourself, along with the sign posted on the chair.

During another visit, half of the flavors were unavailable, and it seemed clear the staff had no intention of restocking them. Their attitude gave the distinct impression they were more interested in closing up early than providing a quality experience. They also claimed they were out of waffle cone batter, which felt more like an excuse to avoid putting in any additional effort.

This lack of care and disregard for customers, especially well before closing time, is disappointing. Address these issues with your staff, and I'll gladly adjust my review.

Love this place! I come here with my girlfriends for a fun treat! I take my daughter here for a Mommy Daughter date! It’s all too fun! I love the flavors, I feel like a little kid every time I come.

Dietary restrictions: They seems to accommodate dietary needs.

Kid-friendliness: My kid had a great time here. I definitely was supervising, but my daughter had a blast.

Why we come to Menchies- lots of good flavor options, toppings options, and "better" ingredients (a lot of flavors with no artificial colors). Wish it didn't add up quite so fast, but glad they are still in business for a fun treat.

Not open at stated hours

I love this place-- the variety of flavors means everyone can find something they like, and there are different choices every time we go. I love that I can always find something low carb/sugar free.

We come here every week and love it but how are you going to be out of all fruit besides mandarin oranges at 8 o’clock on a Saturday? This might be a dumb complaint, but I mean, come on! My favorite combo is not possible without fresh fruit

This place is definitely catered to children no doubt I think the hard part is that there's only two people running this place so their job is to make sure that the ice cream and the toppings are plentiful. So the floors the seating area kind of looks like trash to be honest. So when you come here just know that you're getting decent frozen yogurt but this place could use a little TLC on the cleaning.

Kid-friendliness: They got a big chalkboard and tons of coloring for children to play with.

Fun yogurt shop. The problem was they piled boxes outside of the restrooms in a narrow hallway and we couldn't get a wheelchair down the hallway. We had to move all the boxes.
