So mad!!! We looked online hours said they close at 11:30. We drove all the way from West Valley as fast as we could to make it by 11:30 and they were already closed at 11:10. I called she answered and said they changed their hours to 11 o’clock and haven’t had a chance to update the web. Grrrr

We showed up at 10:48pm on March 8th and the doors were locked with the employee inside sitting at the counter on her phone and we ask the family that had just left if they were closing early and they said they just got done with a rush and just need to restock toppings, but the doors remained locked. We also knocked on the door to ask the employee and she looked up at us an than back at her phone, but having no toppings doesn’t seem like a justified reason to close early, I could be wrong though. But also their sign on the door also says open until 11:30pm, and we called a couple minutes later to ask when they were closing today and was told 11pm and I had asked why and was just told normally we are open until 11:30pm but today we aren’t.

My boyfriend and I were getting our yogurt and the counters were disgusting, there were three workers. One guy was sitting on the counter doing nothing but talking to the white chick teenager that didn’t know how to do her job. The only worker I saw actually doing something was making waffle cones. I went to check out and the little teenager white chick didn’t even give me a chance to put in my number before just going ahead and checking out. Her attitude was nasty towards me and my boyfriend.

TLDR- FroYo = delicious. Store = meh.As a regular customer I’ve noticed that the place is usually sticky, untidy and has garbage cans overflowing. Not a huge surprise as the evening staff look like they just started high school. That part is whatever but the real kicker is that the bathrooms lock from the outside. Is that even code compliant? You have to ask to be let in to the restroom and then sometimes you even get a fun surprise where the door gets unlocked while you are using the restroom.

Absolutely loved the yogurt, but there were some flavors that tasted really bad like they were expired. Maybe the machine needed to be cleaned?

Ice cream and toppings are fun and good. But the overall cleanliness of this place makes my skin crawl. Overflowing garbage cans. Filthy floors and glass doors. It's just dirty and the high school workers are never trained to clean the place. Tonight the garbage can was so full that the ice cream cups were spilling all over the floor. No matter how good your food is no one wants to eat in a place that's filthy. Sorry, Menchie's. Spend some time to clean up.

I loved that we could get samples. The ice-cream was good and the toppings bar was well stocked. However, the lobby was a mess and the guy at the counter very obviously pointed out how to tip. I don't mind tipping but there wasn't room in the trashcan for my trash. I think this place could do a bit better by cleaning tables and taking out the trash or upgrading the trashcan to something larger.

Good frozen yogurt and plenty of options to chose from, not just for yogurt but for toppings too. Main complaint is that the few times I've gone it's been pretty messy. Ended up eating in my car because there were no clean tables and didn't want sticky shoes...
