The cauliflower Tacos blew my mind! They were huge and filled me up! I've never had anything like it! They came with rice and beans that were so delicious and their chips are seasoned nicely for their salsa bar options. The enchiladas were good too.
Oh my Mi Bueno Vida Express. The food was absolutely delish. Another great surprise find in downtown Salt lake City. This breakfast platter was one of the best I have ever tasted. True Mexican flavors throughout the dish. Top it off with the homemade flour tortillas and winner winner chicken platter breakfast. The super nice lady that helped us was a Latin beauty. We ordered a platter to go to bring home. You are Lucky SLC. To have Mi Bueno Vida. Happy eating.
I had the chicken enchiladas and they were so flavorful and authentic! The salsa bar was fabulous with many different salsas and pico! The cafe style restaurant is in a beautiful, modern building.
