There were 3 rude staff just chatting and laughing instead of getting orders out. Took over 15mins to get the wrong order and people who placed orders after me received theirs before I received mine. Paid for a cappuccino and sandwich and received an americano instead.

At the airport location I was scolded for asking for a shot of simple syrup in a $7 cold brew. Whahhh???? Really??

I was told I should have asked for it earlier, so they could charge me for it. When I asked for clarification and said every other coffee vendor in the airport would gladly add - at no cost - flavorings, syrup, or honey or 1/2 & 1/2, the young woman told me that maybe I should buy my coffee somewhere else. Okay…I will. 😉

Be careful. I ordered a matcha latte frappe with whole milk and regular sweetener and I can taste almonds, pretty distinctly, which means they did not clean out something between something almond based and my drink. Thankfully I don't have nut allergies.

Coffee is always fresh and taste the best out of all the coffees. The employees were awesome and helped me choose a drip coffee that I enjoyed.

I opted for chicken pesto with mozzarella ana caramel frappe. The service was friendly. The Chicken pesto was amazing it was fresh & tasty paired with a carmel frappe was refreshing as a pleasing to my palate.

Average coffee, no atmosphere. I was looking for a nice place to sit and read while enjoying my latte, however I was upset at MillCreek not having any in cafe seating at all. Just a counter and a couple of pastry cases. Other cafe's inside Salt Lake City airport have seating available in their cafe's.
