We love it here! When you come, get the jalapeño hamachi (get two so you don’t have to share :) ). Every server we have had is GREAT, however, Sloan has a special attention to detail we appreciate (he remembers we like fresh wasabi, a ramekin for the truffle sauce and to go diet cokes). Go!

This spot is a gem right in the heart of Sugarhouse. The menu is such a fun mix; fresh sushi, flavorful tapas, and small plates that make it easy to try a little bit of everything.
The salmon salads are a standout, it’s fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. Everything we had felt thoughtfully made and really well balanced.
The atmosphere ties it all together. Whether you’re sitting inside or enjoying the outdoor seating, it has a lively but relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for anything from a casual lunch to a night out.
Delicious food, great energy, and a location that’s hard to beat. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

First time dining at Mint, and it was a great experience. Our waiter was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. He provided excellent recommendations and was very accommodating, helping us navigate the menu with confidence.
The sushi itself was outstanding, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients. Between the exceptional service and the delicious food, we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend
