Had an awesome time getting a little history lesson and tour of the best rated cider makers in UT by Jeff, one of the owners. They put a lot of work and love into their ciders and it shows! The mango basil slushie was the best, especially in the heat. The ruby is the OG and tastes like a classic dry cider. Bloody ruby (inspired by a bloody mary) had a bit of a spice to it from the horseradish. They have outdoor concerts on the weekends that we’ll have to come by again and check...
The one person working when we arrived around 5pm was very friendly and very much on top of things. We tried a flight and it was enjoyable. The cheese and meat platter was somewhat tasty. I wasn’t fond of the ammonia after taste is the Brie. The platter could have been put on a more presentable plate than a paper plate. I am glad I gave this place try. Give them a visit.

I found this spot on AirBnB. For $12 you get to tour the facility of the most popular locally made cider and get a flight of tastings at the end. The place is ran by a husband and wife team who are passionate about what they do and are friendly and funny. They mention they hold various other events in the space such as live music, dance lessons, cooking classes, etc.
