Had a horrible experience here, I reached out to cooperate explained what happened and whennaskednif I wanted some to follow up with me I said yes, been weeks and nothing.
Food was cold 🥶, drink machines were not working, staff did not care and could not be bothered to change the cartridge, which is super easy or refund the purchase.

I didn't like the chicken Parmesan pasta. The presentation of the dish came on a plate and it looked like it had been heated in the microwave. The pasta was dry on top. I had to ask for an extra plate so I could mix the pasta and get more flavor. There was little chicken and the tomato sauce was very acidic. I won't be back. I've tried other noodles but this one left something to be desired. I really didn't like it and I don't recommend it.

Tonight was our first time trying Noodles and Company, and everyone in our group of 4 really enjoyed their meals. The restaurant was clean, service was great, and food was a great portion and taste!!

If I could give more stars for what this place did for me, I would. I ordered food from the website for delivery which used door dash. Doordash was a nightmare. The driver never showed up and had put it in that they handed it to me. 45 minutes later with doordash, I was so frustrated because they just kept transferring me and not giving me an answer on what to do. I finally called the store and the nicest girl (pretty sure her name was Ambrece) answered and turned my whole mood around. I felt horrible for her having to also deal with doordash and she was apologizing to me for doordashes mistake. They remade my food, refunded my money and gave me free food. Literally amazing. The food was amazing, the customer service was amazing. I can't say thank you enough. It's rare finding genuine good people/establishments sometimes so to both the girl who helped tonight and her manager, thank you so much. We will absolutely be coming back!

Love love love this specific noodles and company , Food is always so yummy, fresh and cooked to perfection, The staff here is absolutely amazing and very attentive, specifically Ambrece M , she was so polite and helpful, she deserves a raise immediately, Keep up the wonderful work noodles I will be seeing you guys again!

The atmosphere downgrade was due to other guests, not any fault of the business. They still deserve a 5 star. The food is always wonderful. The place is always clean.
First time customer. The Thai and Mac and cheese were really good. They offered a free kids meal. I will return it was awesome. Their rice krispie treats are made fresh everyday.

This is a clean, well taken care of place...tables were keep clean/wiped down, floors were clean, condiment and drink areas neat. It seems to be a pre prepared pasta dish, microwaved and served in a plastic microwave dish. The food was pretty good but definitely microwave status. We were disappointed bc the grand outside of the bldg, caused us to think it was a homemade on the premises pasta restaurant. Prices were fair.

Clean lobby and better than most fast-food food. If you want a ton of food though, this isn't your place.
Worst 40 dollars I’ve spent. Steak was uncooked cold and dry. The Mac and cheese was stale and lacking of flavor. The Japanese pan noodles I ordered, had no flavor and they were uncooked as well. Felt like the staff was in a rush. There was this white lady who kept watching us as if we were doing something or stealing. We poured water in our water cup and paid for a soda cup as well. She then came to our table and then asked us to pour it out or show proof of purchase. Crazy levels of manipulation and stereotyping. Will never come again.
